Shits over y’all. It’s been fun. I’m gonna stick around until trump is finally, definitely gone. But after that, hopefully Herman is fired or we somehow miraculously win the big 12 and make the playoffs and it’s back to football for me.

Damn, even Rush turned on Trump's legal efforts

https://www.foxnews.com/media/rush-limbaugh-knocks-trumps-legal-team-they-promised-blockbuster-stuff-and-then-nothing-happened

Quote

During his radio show on Monday, Limbaugh began by knocking the legal team's efforts to distance itself from Powell, telling his listeners "It's a tough thing to deny that she was ever a part of it because they introduced her as part of it. I mean, she was at that press conference last week."

"The problem with that press conference last week, folks, it goes way beyond Sidney Powell," Limbaugh said. "You call a gigantic press conference like that, one that lasts an hour, and you announce massive bombshells, then you better have some bombshells," said the syndicated host who is heard on nearly 600 stations.

Quote

Limbaugh noted that the press conference needed to offer more than "a hacker who can tell us, 'Yep, everything these guys have said is true. I've looked into it, I've run the software, I've hacked this, I've hacked that.' Even put him behind a screen to protect his identity, but you don't- you can't- I've talked to so many people who were blown away by it, by the very nature of the press conference, but they promised blockbuster stuff and then nothing happened. And that's just- that's not- well, it's not good if you're gonna promise blockbuster stuff like that."

Quote

The conservative talk radio giant continued, "I understand- I'm the one that's been telling everybody this stuff doesn't happen at warp speed, at lightspeed the way cases are made for presentation in court, but if you're going to do a press conference like that with the promise of blockbusters, then there has to be something more than what that press conference delivered.

I just read through the Trump filings in the 3CA. I didn't realize they were proposing to review a sample of mail ballots to determine the percentage of "defective" ballots in the sample, and then void that percentage of Biden mail ballots throughout the state.

I'd really like to know if any of these lawyers truly believes there is even a one in a million chance that a court would ever order that nonsense. My gut reaction is that they don't, but then I think about how batshit crazy Rudy and his elite strike force are.

Rudy hasn't practiced actual law in at least 30 years.  He's a janitor, a bag man.  He can still spin an argument alright, but I don't think he has the first clue what kind of thing works in civil litigation, if he ever did.  And that's apart and aside from any Trump Brain Worms®️ with which he's probably infested.

And just like that, Rush got tossed aside as an apostate libtard.

Yeah it seems pretty clear to me that it's unethical for him to represent or even advise Dotard on these cases/issues.

Nope, they still trust the plan.  Flynn has already ordered the Hospital Ship Mercy to take Biden and all democrats to GITMO, where they will be prosecuted in a military tribunal by Sydney Powell, found guilty and hanged for treason.

We are reaching the pinnacle of a media psyop campaign.

Anons have learned not to trust the mainstream media since 2017

Now is not the time to forget that lesson for everyone...only folks to listen too are POTUS/Anons/SP/LW/RG/FLYNN/and others

FISA=START

Flynn Touted a D5 decode today and so did POTUS

its all starting to come together

folks when i mean buckle up i mean buckle up

this Trial i believe is going to much different than everyone thinks

I don't really fault him for not knowing how to practice law. A lot of people start at one job and then rise to the point where they are overseeing stuff and forgot how to do the day to day stuff. I'm sure bank managers don't remember how to do all of the stuff tellers do, or military brass remember how to be a foot solider.

Where Rudy is a real moron (well, at least one of the places) is that he just figured he'd step right back in and not miss a beat. The mark of narcissism, which is why he and Trump are such cuddle buddies.

Which is fine.  Less fine in a civil case.

Engineers are fine, it's just that lots of lawyers are lazy.

Most engineers worth their salt can and will follow clearly detailed specifications. That's exactly what the rules for any trial basically are.

Now if you get an asshole engineer with a dipshit attorney there will certainly be issues.

Ha ha, as Biden is getting sworn in on January 20th, they’ll still be typing “it’s all part of the plan”, “we got them right where we want them” etc etc...

Thats actually a required part of the plan. Biden taking the oath of office is apparently a treasonous offense punishable by death.

repped.  Eric Blair was a goddamn Nostradamus.

this is where we are heading if major course corrections fail to take place.

"By weakening the independence and strength of individuals’ minds and forcing them to live in a constant state of propaganda-induced fear, the Party is able to force its subjects to accept anything it decrees, even if it is entirely illogical—for instance, the Ministry of Peace is in charge of waging war, the Ministry of Love is in charge of political torture, and the Ministry of Truth is in charge of doctoring history books to reflect the Party’s ideology."

This is true.  I mean, I'm not too broken up about it.  But the Rules of Professional Conduct require that a lawyer be sufficiently competent in the subject matter to provide fair representation.  And Rudy plainly is not competent in the subject matter.  Among the tip-offs was the "normal scrutiny" bit.  That was just insanely stupid.

It goes beyond incompetence.  It's incompetence to the point of being unethical.  The Rules require that Guiliani find competent trial counsel.  He didn't.

Well, as an inhabitant of both regimes, my perception of the problem is that engineers expect a higher precision of information to be delivered by a jury trial.  They have detailed jury instructions to answer, and, frequently, kind of a fucking mess of evidence to interpret and apply to those jury instructions.

Jury trials in civil cases with any complexity deliver some highlights in the testimony, but the overall evidence is usually a bit of a morass.

Unsophisticated jurors are just willing to kind of go on their guts, but engineers demand a certain precision in their decisional information that jury trials usually don't provide and have discomfort making a decision based on what they feel is inadequate information.

My first boss (and therefore I also), both UT MEs, were the deciding arbitrator on a three-person panel in a PG/Kimberly Clark battle over diaper patents (these are/were actually pretty longstanding, ongoing, epic battles between Pampers and Huggies with dozens of patents on each side, Bryan Medlock made an entire career out of it).  Sifting through the evidence and deciding how it impacted the win'loss was a complete bitch for both of us, and he was a 30-year lawyer at the time.  We gained a new respect for judges and for jurors in patent cases.

That's kind of an extreme example, but I could see the same type of thing paralyzing me a bit in an even a little bit complicated civil case.

Her only potentially meaningful litigation experience is JAG corps.  With all due respect to JAG attorneys, that's insufficient.

She's kinda hot, so that's why Trump likes her.

Just like every other thing Trump has tried to do for the past four years, it starts with big talk and bluster, followed by a mind numbing level of incompetence, and concludes with impotent, passive aggressive whimpering.

Can we please not discuss my bedroom practices in this thread? Thank you.

I thought Sidney was a registered military lawyer and was going to handle the prosecution in the military tribunals, which is why they separated her from the civil actions.

35/36 failed cases. I'd be curious how much fucking money has been wasted on this. meanwhile literally millions of people are going hungry and getting kicked out of their homes. 1000 people a day die of covid. but this motherfucker wants to tie up the courts to fling shit. I will never understand this.
Trump: 1 out of 36? How did we even win one?
Rudy: It's a miracle
Trump: It's a miracle. This is a simple con. You throw the election, you hit the media, you catch a Supreme Court victory.

Just an idea on a movie script.

this is actually a pretty genius video.

if you think this video was about the election, then the trick worked.

this video was aimed squarely at fox news (and their viewers).  shots fucking fired by oann.

** if you're a biden voter, cnn/msnbc watcher, or otherwise sensible person with half a brain, this video was not intended for you, just ignore it.
