Yes, but what you have to understand is, those people are all deepstate libtards in league with the pedophile cabal of child-blood-drinkers.  Duh.  DO THE RESEARCH!  Here are links to 47 rambling Youtube videos that prove all of that, 100%.  OPEN YOUR EYES, SHEEPLE!

Were these videos shot in the cab of a pickup? Using 15 year old versions of powerpoint with sloppy animations to make their points? Recorded with the mic gains turned up to high?

The worst part of this is that if Powell, Giuliani, etc. were to be punished in any meaningful way for their bullshit over the past month, the lunatics would just view that as some sort of evidence that THEY WERE ON TO SOMETHING AND THE DEEP STATE HAD TO QUIET THEM!!!

They’re gonna say that no matter what. It’s kinda like what Pete Buttigieg said about the socialism issue. He said that they can’t worry about those charges because frankly, whatever policy they choose, the republicans will call it socialism. Here, they’re going to allege “deep state conspiracy” against anything and anyone that isn’t actively facilitating the overturn of the election, and then they’ll pat themselves on the back like that BBQ Beer Freedom guy did.

Did you inform them that per the constitution, they have to award you the lottery winnings unless they can prove that you didn’t buy the winning ticket?  Or are you saving that ace for your SCOTUS filing?

That mistake is so obvious reading the rest of the documents that I have a hard time believing one wouldn't notice it prior to writing those allegations. As I said, maybe it is innocent. But, if I'm the judge, I'm making you explain it. I don't think benefit of the doubt is deserved here. You may ultimately be correct, but it should be incumbent on the submitting attorney to explain her mistake in detail and explain why it doesn't deserve some sort of punishment.

If he had ever actually held a position of authority in any real sense, I would call George Will the American Ausonius, auguring in, as he did, late stage American Conservatism. The fact that he is moaning and bitching now about the monster he helped create is just poetry, nothing more, nothing less.

What's going to be REALLY special is when the unhinged psychopath in the WH feels like this is a great idea, and tries to do so......and the military either refuses, or suffers a split, with some elements agreeing to do so and others refusing.  These fucking lunatics are creating a dangerous, even deadly, constitutional crisis out of thin air, based solely on their fever dreams of elaborate and sinister machinations that they have yet to offer any proof of.  It's fucking weaponized mass insanity, and the tip of the spear is the lunatic in the WH who may well buy into it.

One of the worst things about the current political culture is that it very much resembles sports fan culture.  Right and wrong don't matter, just winning. There is no allegiance to any political philosophy, just teams.  It's great for sports, but horrible for governance. But, the good thing here, is that these Trump sports fans just lost the big game they were certain they were going to win.  We've all been there.  We've all seen how the fan base can strike out at everybody and everything that they could possibly blame for an unpleasant reality. That includes their fellow fans who might have a different view on what the reality is.  I look forward to some ugliness in the Trump fanbase.

Somewhat related, I read "The Origin of Satan" many years ago.  It dealt with how the idea of Satan originated and evolved in Judeo-Christian mythology.  The pertinent aspect was that early Christian writers were much more likely to call their fellow Christians (or Jews) "Satan" than outsiders like the Romans, or other pagans, or, as time went on, traditional Jews. For purists, people who are 95% on your side are more "evil" than people who are not on your side at all.

So, when trump orders martial law, and the generals have him arrested, do the elected republicans then finally rebuke him?  And if not, can we arrest them too?  Of course, any of this will lead to calls of political prisoners and probably would be the flash point for militias trying to take back the country by force.

I also think that we (the royal we) excuse incompetence way too much, because at least its not malicious.

Fuck that. Incompetence is frequently just as bad, damaging, dangerous, whatever as maliciousness. Both should be punished, sanctioned, scorned, fined, discredited, whatever.

And I'm not just talking lawyers, although that is the current profession under discussion.

In the case at hand, deliberately cutting off a date on a downloaded picture is just as bad as stupidly cutting off a date on a downloaded picture. The point remains, the date was cutoff, its bullshit, they should have used more due diligence. There has to be some sort of standard followed and enforced.

It won't be a large-scale standing militia/army sort of thing.  It will be lone wolves/small bands of absolutely fucking insane people -- who we know are out there -- attacking mostly local government officials/buildings they associate with "demoncrats" and "corrupt elections."  When you relentlessly and insanely toss lit match after lit match into the dry grass, one or more of them will eventually ignite a fire.

Zero.  Less than zero.  It doesn't raise a federal constitutional issue on its face.

It is a little bit strange.  A challenge to the constitutionality of Act 77 has got to be a valid claim, it's only the remedy that's barred by laches.

As I recall, the suit asked for a declaration that Act 77 is unconstitutional.  It would seem that would have to survive, laches notwithstanding.

Thus, it would seem that the court should strike the extreme remedies, but permit the DJ count to proceed to trial.

But, this may be some oddball proceeding where the PA Supreme Court takes jurisdiction and a more ordinary DJ that didn't ask for stupid remedies would survive.

Nevertheless,

It could be knowing, it could be stupid.  I might guess one of the stupid bitches (Haller or Powell) screen shotted the certificate instead of just downloading it, thereby cutting off the bottom.  The test report is dated on the front page, about 3 inches below the cited signature, so that one's gonna require some splainin.  I can't see the actual exhibits, but the reference is one paragraph (12) of the Original Complaint.

Found the exhibits.  https://edgarcountywatchdogs.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/01-7.pdf  See exhibits 5 and 6

Something is superfucky about the way those were downloaded or screenshot.  In a way that makes me think incompetence rather than intentionality.  Every page of both exhibits is truncated at the bottom.

Nevertheless, it is now incumbent upon Powell to correct the record.  Someone should probably email her about it so we can make sure she eats some doodoo in front of the court.  Or is truly, deeply unethical.

When all of your evidence comes from posts on Parler, it's easy for things to get superfucky.

Probably is.  I tend to apply Hanlon's razor and I see as much evidence of incompetence as malice.

yeah...no.  i'm going to disagree.  this was an intentional redaction meant to deceive the Court, regardless of how little she spoke of it in the motion.

bottom line is that documents like these...if obtained properly...are self-authenticating as public records.  she knows that...hell, EVERY 2L and beyond knows that.  it's Evidence 101 (see Fed. R. Ev. 902(2)(a-b)).  and it's extraordinarily easy to get a true and correct copy of a self-authenticating public document.

her entire conjucture is she purports to be a fact, when it fact it's not due to her own intentional malfeasance.

this is intentional on her part...she's playing fast and loose.  she should be sanctioned at minimum, most likely she should be immediately barred from practicing in that Court and prosecuting the present action barring a show cause hearing on why shouldn't be barred and sanctioned.
