You'd have to be really convincing to sell me on any conclusion other than Warnock and the black vote carried Ossoff over the finish line with them.

And ossoff gets 6 years in the senate while warnock only gets 2. A little racist.

Seriously, the shit in DC tomorrow is going to be completely bonkers. Their last bastion has fallen, no more obstruction. The Rs are going to be complete unhinged, and the proud boys and MAGA tards are definitely going to nuts in the heart of the capitol, and Trump and company incited every bit of it.

Hell, even if there was some kind of miracle for them, and Trump was able to hold on, a Democrat-led House and Senate would run a train on all of Trump Inc., plus his kids, and his overseas dealings.

edit: forgot Pence would be tiebreaker.

Not so fast.  If trump held on, the gop would then control the senate.

A special thank you to Johnny Isakson. Who ran in 2016 despite his Parkinson’s, forcing him to retire early. Then a shout out to Kemp, who picked Loeffler instead of Trump’s guy Collins.

Couldnt have done it without you 2

The networks treat it like a sporting event: Team R ahead, Team D takes the lead!

The die was cast and someone won at 7pm. It isn’t a football game.

It's like they're purposely pushing the "suspicious late night dump pushing Democrats ahead" narrative that we're going to be hearing for the next couple of weeks. Namely from our president.

Lulz, I had to look it up.  Seem's like it's a fancy term for mentally running thru the 1982 Dodgers lineup.

Buy.  And Ossoff really leaned into that.  During the campaign, he really leaned into the role that Jewish people played in the civil rights movement.  And he's not wrong about that.

Perhaps, but if Warnock is carrying Ossoff across the goal line, it also means that Warnock has a much better shot at reelection in 2 years.

Collins would have lost to Warnock worse than Loeffler did. That guy is batshit crazy.

True.

But it's a moot point, Trump is out and tomorrow is going to be fun.   Flipping around twitter and YouTube, the Proud Boys have went into "FUCK THE POLICE" mode pretty quick.

So, when is Manchin switching parties? You know that’s a thing, right?

So your theory is that Manchin switches parties and thereby loses the ability to help his beloved West Virginia (because the House and White House are obviously Democratic) instead of remaining in his party and negotiating a good position for West Virginia in a scenario where his party can actually pass stuff?

I’ve seen a bunch of tweets that Warnock is the first Black senator from the south.

Poooooor Tim Scott.

First Democrat Senator. A bunch of southern Republicans had to really be holding their noses voting for Scott.

I am cackling thinking about the simultaneous meltdowns happening among McConnell, Trump, Loeffler, Perdue, Graham, Cruz, Hawley, and the rest of the traitors and their disgusting supporters.
Trump's little brain is exploding right now. He desperately wants to separate himself from the loss, blame Mitch and say "I tried to save Georgia!". But he also is painted into a corner where he can't acknowledge the loss.

He has an opportunity to suck his own dick and show everyone what happens when you oppose him. But he can't play the card.

Hate to see it.

Manchin may not switch parties but he may become the most powerful senator.

The quartet of Manchin, Romney, Collins and Murkowski.

So as soon as results are certified, they can be sworn in. Meaning no fuckery the last couple weeks (50/50 + Pence until Jan 20, but only need 1 of the 3 Rs who are easily picked off)

Plus Harris has to resign so Padilla gets sworn in

Yeah he’s the first Democrat, I know.

The tweets I’m seeing say first Black senator, period. No elected or Democratic modifier.

Plus there were two from Mississippi during Reconstruction.
