Unless Bama suffers some self-inflicted wound down the home stretch, I can't see anybody stopping them from putting another notch on Saban's six shooter.

The only team that can play with Bama is Clemson.  That’s the game where the loss of Jaylen Waddle might catch up with the Tide.

I was just going to post much the same. I think Alabama is the best team right now

Alabama players buy in to every aspect of the game, more than anything the art of blocking.  Everyone does it very well, up and down the lineup.  They embrace and indulge in the most basic and important aspect of football.

Texas football can't even begin to smell the level of dedication and commitment we're seeing today.

We suck, so badly.

Yep,  freshman misses a block on the receiver screen and gets his receiver killed and announcers talk for 5 minutes about freshman getting stared down by the receiver. Hell, we expect seniors to not even try to block on receiver screens.

Waddle's very good but Metchie is his successor and the TEs are playing a bigger part.

Not only their dedication, but Alabama also plays skill starters on special teams. They had D. smith as a gunner and even Mack Jones as the holder among others. I remember a deal about how the RBs also play on punt block formation. It’s just different the attention to detail and how they actually buy in to doing your job and what is expected.

What the fuck is Auburn doing taking a timeout with their starters in down 42-13 with 28 seconds left?

I don't remember what the deal was 'cause I wasn't watching, but they took the TO to avoid a 10 second runoff.

But why? Why the F were they risking injury to Nix or any key player for no reason?
