One day you're pardoning the founder of a website that helped dealers sell fentanyl, the next you're considering declaring fentanyl a Weapon of Mass Destruction as a precursor for sowing chaos.

In tangentially related news, the Hawk Tuah girl gets off scot free. I say "Good for her."

Many who lost their money are accusing her of "pump and dump"  and breaking the law.

I'm no lawyer, but I can't see what law she broke. And I refuse to feel bad for anybody who got "scammed" by her.

I can't wait for the upcoming documentary.

Of course it is.  Because 1) laws and enforcement of same are stone-cold dead when it comes to applying them against people with money, and 2) they are SUPER-stone-cold dead when it comes to crypto.

There are no rules or laws when it comes to crypto.  It is MADE for scamming.  It is happiest when it is being used in a scam.

I think it's simply that she didn't break any existing law.  As I think about it, I don't even think it was a scam.  I think she simply launched a crypto coin, made no promises, dumb people bought in, and she got away with their money. The fact that she made no promises negates there being a scam.

I could be wrong, of course.

Even more than that, I think she just lent her name to a crypto coin and didn't have much to do with it beyond that.

Still, crypto is a stinky business and I wouldn't mind attaching some liability to all involved at every level.

I think it just lends itself to pump-and-dump by its very nature.  Insiders get special access and ability to unload at high prices tied to....nothing (which is literally the crypto model).  Insiders get to sell magical 1s and 0s at a price that shoots up for no rational reason, and then afterwards crashes for the rational reasons of 1) people dumping their holdings, which 2) have zero inherent value.

Is crypto the perfect "currency" for this moment in time?  Seems like bullseye perfection to me.  Nothing could capture the zeitgeist better.

Wat?!? You don’t think she did all the engineering and whateverthefuckelse goes into launching a crypto?!? I am so unhappy with my investment that I based entirely off of her questionable, but likely good, blowjob skills

Should have played the OnlyFans long game and bilked losers out of tens of millions. Instead she went for the quick payday and got burnt.

Yet....she didn't get burned at all.  Word is that she cashed in $50 million on that deal.

On a flagrant - yet maybe legal - scam....she made more money than I will make in my lifetime, by a large margin.  This fucking timeline is fucking insane.

She’s a lot more attractive than you are.

She will make much more from her eventual OnlyFans account, assuming she doesn't wait too long and her 15 minutes is up.

Outside the crypto I didn't get true shit heads vibes off her. Based on my very limited knowledge she seems to have pulled back her social media presence and gone back to regular life. We shall see.

I mean.....drop $50 million in my lap, and I'm probably all "peace, OUT!" too.

It's just absurd the value that Americans will put on the celebrity model/actress/whore o the day, which would include Trump, along with Kardashians.

The Kardashians entire business model is predicated on stealing an idea/products, completely shitiffying it and then put their name on it. Sell in limited style "exclusive, limited time, unique" offer, then dumping it and moving on to a new one. Yep, they too have a crypto scam, hell the link above has a lot of them. The crypto scam, in many cases was the cherry on top of some truly heinous, immoral, illegal and down right evil shit in some of the influencer cases. Basically, if they've been on Bravo, or you know their name, they are very likely to be scum of the earth.

There are some rare exceptions to that rule, and im sure there are plenty of actual entertainers that get a lot of subscribers. Those are certainly the exceptions. Fortunately, it appears the look at me I am a fucking rich piece of shit, is now trending down. For now...
