We can only hope:

According to former Watergate prosecutor Nick Akerman, he has no doubt that there is an ironclad case brewing in Georgia that will lead to an indictment and conviction of Donald Trump.

Speaking with MSNBC host Katie Phang, Akerman said the evidence is overwhelming that the former president tried to steal the election in the Peachtree state as evidenced by the phone call made to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger demanding he find enough votes to secure the state's 16 Electoral College votes.

Methinks Nick is viewing things through the lens of a properly functioning government and judicial system. Who determines guilt? I ask these questions because I honestly dont know who would decide guilt when a former president would be tried. Is it a jury trial requiring unanimous agreement? But I frankly doubt it ever gets to trial. The grand jury recently seated in Atlanta has one year to make recommendations, which will then require an indictment from another grand jury and then a trial. How long does all that take?

Quote

The chief judge ordered the special grand jury to be seated for a period of up to a year, beginning Monday. Of the pool of about 200 people called from the county master jury list, 26 were chosen to serve — 23 grand jurors and three alternates. Special grand juries focus on investigating a single topic and making recommendations to the district attorney, who then decides whether to seek an indictment from a regular grand jury.

By this time next year, there is a good chance that Republicans will hold the house, senate, and supreme court. And in another two years, Trump or a Trump sycophant will likely hold the White House. So the majority of people in Congress and the white house will be all-in on the idea that the 2020 election was fraudulent. The SC justices havent spoken on the topic that I'm aware of, but who the hell trusts fucksticks like Thomas to act in a nonpartisan fashion? So lets do some math....executive, legislative, judicial branches. Check, check, checkmate.

After three years of screaming bloody murder about voter fraud, the republican party isn't going to stand by and allow Trump to go down for this. This whole thing will be shut down in the name of "the greatest fraud ever ". They can come up with any number of questionable ways to shut this shit down, and it will work because the GQP will hold all of the power when its happening. This isnt a Watergate scenario where the democrats held both the house and senate while investigating a GOP president.

We all heard the tape of Trump's call to Raffensperger. We all know what Trump was asking for. And it wont fucking matter, because the republican party is moving further right every day and the lunatics coming into the party are running on the issue of voter fraud in 2020. The spineless republican fucks that let Trump hijack the party have no path forward that doesn't involve fellating Trump. They know it and Trump knows it. Everyone knows it.

I can’t see the original that’s being responded to. What did he do this time?

He posted a doctored video. It begins with Trump hitting the manliest of manly man tee shots, and ends with the golf ball hitting Biden on the head, causing him to fall off his bike.

2020 election was rigged. 2016 was mighty fine despite dotard claiming for months prior that it was going to be the bigliest riggedest election ever.

Biden was riding a bike with old-school toe clips/cages.  He stopped, put one foot down, and failed to disengage the other foot from the clip and tried to dismount, accordingly falling on his ass.

"For the radical left, politics has become their religion. It has warped their sense of right and wrong. They don't have a sense of right and wrong, true and false, good and evil."

---- Donald Trump on Friday, 6/17/2022

The man who grabs women by their pussies, the man who tries to sleep with his friends wives, the man who defrauded Trump University students to the tune of 25 million dollars, the man who shifted kids-cancer charity money into his business, the man who slept with a porn-star while his wife was at home with their newborn baby, paid the porn star 130 thousand dollars in hush money so she wouldn't take his infidelity to the American people before the election then looked straight into a camera and lied about having done exactly that is lecturing us about right and wrong and good and evil

Every accusation is a confession

This is fascism 101. If you are accused of something, accuse them of it

It’s also like Georgia Gump preaching family values while also having a history of not one but two extra marital affairs.
