A story about a pathetic man's downfall [34 Felony Convictions]

I went to a party on Saturday where a few different people were wearing Dotard clothes.  Maga t-shirts and bathing suits. I only spoke with one about politics, and he was of the "I hate all politicians equally but I always vote only republican and I'll be voting for Trump for a third time" variety. Throw out whatever about Trump and you get back "Well that's just all politicians! I could say the same about Biden!". It was all pretty depressing, tbh.

In their mind saying it makes it true

It's pretty much a self defense mechanism for most I'd imagine. There's no defense for anything he does/says, so just throw out "that's just all politics now!" and you're covered.

Or the "well that's just all bullshit" hand wave. 91 felony counts? All bullshit. Two impeachments? All bullshit. Rape? Yep, bullshit. The most amazing run of bad luck in the history of the world.

There's a meme in here somewhere of Piven in the movie "PCU"         You don't wear the shirt of the guy you're attending the rally for, dude.

Bagpipes are hard to play.  Trump is a disgrace to the concept of Commander in Chief on Memorial Day.  It's been weeks since I've discussed politics IRL with anyone.  And the capital of Nebraska is Lincoln.

I tried a new tactic last night, suggested by Ben Wikler of WisDems fame. Asked what % chance they thought he would try to stay in office after a second term.  The idea is if they truly value our republic (lol), anything more than 0 is too much of a risk.

Response: Well, if he tried that, “they” wouldn’t let him. And Biden is senile.

I just can’t. I. Just. Can’t.

Second term, not third. It just feels like he’s been in power that long I guess. Because he won’t fucking die.

The Luftwaffen code is the bombers must be protected by the fighters.  The transport planes are given priority above all else because of the number of men on board.  Air Recon's priority goes last because of it's minimal personnel and can fly at much higher altitudes and avoid ground-to-air artillery despite its lack of manuevers.

Oh wait, you said Loofah Code.  Got it.  Well, still about the same model, roughly.

I was not responsible for the guest list. I also didn’t bring up politics, as usual.

Guess what? You were at a party with fascists … who were on the guest list … and knew their fascist attire would be okay with their enablers who threw the party.

With all due respect, it might be time to seriously reevaluate just who you’re hanging with…

Ah, yes, the Fucker Wolf 190… one of the best fighters in the whole Loofah.

I honestly can't figure out why even his most fanatical supporters don't get tired of his self-involvement.

I think it's time for E. Jean Carrol's attorney's to take another shot . . .

Most of his supporters (not the rally-going ones, but the Fox News ones) don’t ever see this shit. They aren’t on Twitter, they get shielded from it all by Fox News. This is the biggest volume of his voters. Older, white, Fox News watchers.

I brought up the “unified reich” thing last night and they had zero clue and brushed it off just as quickly. If Fox News didn’t talk about it, it didn’t happen.

Can someone please put him on the record with this question?  While we shouldn't beat around the bush and just ask him straight out "If you win, you know you have to leave office when your term is up in 2029, right?" I'd settle with someone coming at it obliquely with something like -- "if you win, after your term is up in 2028, do you have a list of people that you'd like to see win the republican nomination and be president after you?"

Although if the dictatorship on day one comment can't get traction, I presume this can't either.

At this point I just assume that he could answer that with "I'm not planning on leaving. I'll just be president until I die, I guess" and it wouldn't affect his poll numbers much, if at all.

CNN: "Some strong, brash words from Trump. Is saying he'll stay president for life a good or bad thing for Biden? We'll discuss, next."

I think it may get some apathetics off the couch though.  There is a massive group of people that just don’t care - they believe their lives are same regardless who wins - and just take for granted our system will handle Trump if he exceeds power.

Not trying to change Trump voters minds.  They are beyond lost.

CNN: Why isn’t Biden trying to stay President for life? Is there something he’s not telling the American people?

I’m working on two people in my life specifically. I’ve got five months. I’m trying to distill it down to 2-3 basic points for them. Going to save the abortion one until October.

I’m super proud of your five month plan, buddy.  But use that time better.  Build up a tolerance for crystal meth and malt liquor.  It’s gonna suck for a short while. But we going winning.

Dementia or another example of telling so many lies over a lifetime that you no longer know exactly what you've said to anybody about anything.

Donald Trump suggested during a fundraising event that he would have bombed Moscow in response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and attacked Beijing if China invaded Taiwan on his watch, according to a Washington Post report.

The comments surprised some of the donors at the event.

Literally just one sentence

Oftentimes, his comments at the events are about foreign policy and topics he discusses at rallies, such as inflation and immigration.

For example, at one event, he suggested that he would have bombed Moscow and Beijing if Russia invaded Ukraine or China invaded Taiwan, surprising some of the donors.

"Leading candidate for President says he would have started World War 3" must have been the headline on the front page of every newspaper in America. Guess I missed it.

Also, he can't even stand next to Putin without looking like he's pissing his pants. "bomb Moscow". Ok.

Yeah but Americans think groceries are too high and Biden is old.
