4-D chess, yo.  He got kicked off of facebook so he's no longer bound by their terms of service agreement.

$50 says there's a boycott against Facebook's terms of service agreement by next week led by Trumpers, as he tells them not click the agree button.

"Don't Click!  Will Acquit!"  (they're working on the rhyming pattern)

So these will be thrown out upon initial review. Which is probably what he wants, just like the election lawsuits.

wrong venue, followed by trump bluster.

then if they file at the correct venue and get no standing, more Trump bluster.

these liberal activist judges won’t let me have my day in court!!!!  Give me money so I can keep fighting!!!

I could see it as an antitrust violation. Twitter and Facebook clearly have unique media networks with unprecedented access and reach. Save some federal legislation, courts arent buying that because there are tons of other media outlets online.

Oh, antitrust will get some traction, most likely, but not for suspending posters or deleting posts.  There's a massive DOJ lawsuit pending against most of bigtech.

Trump, however, does not have standing to bring such a suit, most likely.

I was going to write some copy for Trump, but they beat me to it. My suggestion was:

Donald Trump is Fighting for YOU against socialist Cancel Culture, big tech Censorship, and elite Hollywood liberals. Click below Today to donate your social security check to get your name on Trump’s Patriots List!

My initial thought was “dude just needs to die” for America to start healing, but I’m not so sure if that happened we would go back to “normal.”

We're never going back to "normal," but him dying would be a huge positive.  Yuuuuge!

His attorney is John Coale, the scientology guy?  Jesus Trump, really putting together the all-star team.

And then the other guy from New Orleans is a Civil Code practitioner from Loyola, which should come in real fucking handy when taking on Big Tech/1st Amendment Law.

This is the most insane legal team I've ever seen assembled.  and I interned with Jackie Chiles.

They all have one thing in common:  they like to work for free… apparently

My friend Mark got totally hammered drunk, fell asleep, and didn't show up at his gf's house for a date. His gf got pissed and gave Trump 10 bucks, using Mark's phone.  He doesn't understand why he's been slammed. He's like "dude, all of the sudden I'm getting bombed by Republicans asking me for money. I don't knw what's going on."

Also better check that bank account for unauthorized repeat donations

Doesn’t matter when or how he dies, the rubes will claim conspiracy and attack something or someone. It’s inevitable. I wish he would just go full messiah and have his followers drink some koolaid when his final days come. We might become a respectable country again.

We would also have accepted Jeff Bezos, or the Royal Family.

At least bezos created something amazing. Hate on Amazon all you want for a ton of reasons, but the base service is incredible. Dotard did nothing but lie to people and take their money. Religion is much more applicable.

Poor kid.  Doesn't deserve having to live another 70 years as Trump's son.

He's at the age where the gravity of that is going to start washing over him.  I hope he can keep it together.  His mom seems devoted to him, so that's a start.

What's the difference between Barron Trump and Michael Avenatti?

Donald Trump knows who Michael Avenatti is.

Speaking of Barron, he's 6'7" now.  Are we sure he's Donald's son?

He's his son, he's shaped like an unathletic pear, just like his fat, piece of shit daddy.

Trumpkins will never accept his death. They're gonna make the "Elvis is alive & working on a shrimp boat but will re-emerge ANY DAY" crowd seem rational. And Q will fuel their fantasy with deep fake videos and covfefe alerts.

Trump is this nation's herpes. There's no getting rid of him.

I hope he’s the one spawn who isn’t a piece of garbage and repudiates everything the Trump name stands for but I don’t have high hopes.

With a mom like Melania and an absentee father like Donald? Not a chance in hell. We have four previous Trump kids to use as predictors. No way he doesn’t turn out to be an asshole too.

Part of the sale.  Make something seem so unbelievable so it seems believable.

See, e.g. Arthur Andersen.

No one goes to jail, but the corporation faces fines and other penalties.  A conviction can be the end of some companies.  Again, see Arthur Andersen.

Pato answered this.  I would also assume they would be forbidden from govt contract work as well.

My favorite part is that the closer the person is to Trump's face on the board, the closer they are to him---either politically or personally.  Makes sense.

Then you see the name of the only other person he loves on this planet except himself, Ivanka Trump.  And then next to her?  Kevin "Hercules" Sorbo

This is it, MAGA Nation.  This is the War Room of your President's Varsity Team.  There's no backup team in some RNC conference room somewhere figuring your guy's path back to glory.  It's this kinda shit.  And let me encourage you to read your C-level team's "whiteboard session" jumping off point, "Revelations 5:7; 'And the Angel of Death in Philadelphia'..."  I know I know the Bible better than most Trump supporters, but I don't recall the part about Pennsylvania.  There's a book of Philemon which is probably what these dipshits meant, but who the fuck knows at this point.  I mean, look at the this whiteboard.  This is the fundraising plan.  There are more MMA and WWE competitors mentioned on that whiteboard than there are prominent GOP campaign consultants.  And I'm not remotely fucking kidding.

There's gotta be a white spot where Rudy and Sydney used to be.  Or maybe the whole thing just moves closer to the center, like a sinkhole.

“Like no one has ever seen before!”

Not sure how you could miss his love for superlatives. He really doesn’t have a large vocabulary and works with a fairly limited patter. If you didn’t notice, he also likes to use the terms, “Shameful!” and “A disgrace!” a lot. He’s not complex. He’s a carnival.barker. A snake oil salesman. A con man. A fucking idiot.

No, I've heard him do "like nobody/no one has ever seen before" plenty of times.  Too many times.  I'm numb to it.

It was the recent barrage of "like you wouldn't believe" that I guess has been sticking out to me lately.  Reminds me of everybody I grew up with as a child in Chicago who at the time---they were over 30.  Every other fucking phrase was "like you wouldn't believe."  And these were not terribly well educated men, but it was their filler phrase.  Instead of using "or whatever" or "this 'n that" or other southern expressions, these guys would fill every other sentence, no matter how pedestrian, with "like you wouldn't believe."  Went to the Cubs game the other day, and Sandberg hit a homer like you wouldn't believe.  We ended up getting beers like you wouldn't believe.  Anyway, Cubs end up losing and we're still stuck in traffic on the Kennedy like you wouldn't believe.  /csb

Trump would have been even more lethal as a politician if his plainspokenness didn't so frequently call attention to itself.  The facade of confidence is broken down when you start saying shit like, "I know words.  I have the best words.  This guy knows what I'm talking about."  There's a tacit understanding among working rust belt working men...unless you're half in the bag at a bar or out fishing, you don't publicly call attention to your own speech abilities.  It throws the group rhythm off key.

I think a lot of MAQA nation has been watching "Wag the Dog."

When Hoffman/DeNiro set up to promise the American people, vote for their guy on Tuesday, they deliver Sgt. Schumann on Wednesday.

I think they're going for a "vote for our candidates in mid-terms, and between then and the 2024 POTUS election...we'll show you all the voter fraud evidence from 2020."

Other than a bomb drop on/around the Nov. 2022 mid-terms (still 18 months away despite the incessant talk about it), I don't know what else they could be waiting for.  I mean, we know they're waiting because they don't have anything.  But even their incompetent Trump base will eventually just lose interest and move on to somebody/something else.  It's already happening, and they know it.  How long can you keep the truly stupid base of 25mm engaged with shit like Critical Race Theory and FoxWeather?

Contradicts their first statement about reinstating dotard within days, not years.

Fair point, but the "hot" topics right now seem so much more pedestrian.  Their mouth-breathers get bored eventually.

And I keep forgetting about the August deal Trump.  Mainstream media keeps talking about what Trump means for 2022 mid-terms, but I forget his base is focused on him coming back in August.  I don't read the same shit they do, but has a date been set yet in August?  Or is it just pins and needles all the way thru Labor Day?
