Ted and Hawley decided beforehand that they were going to object to just one state each. Trump and Gulliani were trying to get the other ones to object to all 10 to drag shit out for no purpose other than pain of keeping this shit going for hours.

I wish some Dem would have submitted an objection to a state that went to Trump just to demonstrate the sham that this is from Hawley, Cruz, and the mouthbreathers in the house.

NC would have been a good one

Fucked that Hawley is going to object to PA when the GOP senator from PA pointed out that all of the bullshit that Hawley spouted as his reason for objecting is, in fact, bullshit.

That Ron Johnson dick might get the juice to do Wisconsin. He went to Russia on the 4th of July so he may not have a choice.

Ron Johnson, Pacific Stereo? He sold me a woofer.

They go to 2 hours of debate in each house over these objections then vote and come back together.

Rumor is Hawley might yield straight to a vote. But the House may talk

Of course the trump chud can't wear a facemask right and has his nose poking out.

Fuck these seditious fuckstains. Contesting the states they are won't even win trump the election. It's all a farce.

Supposedly Mitch has agreements that they'll not drag it out and just vote on it.

The House will fuck around for two hours.

It's a shame that trump's twitter is locked.  It would be fun to watch him meltdown.

I hope they did a Tachy goes to Coventry on him so he thinks his tweets are going out.

so...if nobody in the Senate except Hawley gives a shit anymore, and he just grandstands for his 5 minutes or whatever...the senate could vote quickly right?

but the House will still take hours...

they have to be exhausted after the turmoil of today...i can't imagine how much some of these guys hate their fellow members lol

The house had 80 objectors, that is a lot of speakers. Fuuuuuck.

They cant all talk. They only get 5 min each. That’s like 6-7 hours

I bet there are a lot of folks there who want to kick Hawley’s ass right about now.

Potentially the second ever physical ass beating on the Senate floor coming up

Dems needs to yield all of its time in both houses. Let’s get this done.

No way, they'll want to get their grandstanding in too.  House will probably be out for the maximum 2 hours.

holy shit, the woman in the house who read the objection to the floor sounded like a computer reading written text. anyone else notice that? I had gone away for a second and I thought it was AI talking to me. Nope, a person
