No idea if this thought will help you but it’s always helped me: 

Grief is kind of like weightlifting. The very first time you try to bench 200 lbs it will be too heavy and could crush you. But with some coaching, with some time and repetition it gets easier and easier to carry and lift that weight. It’s always going to be heavy, it’s always going to be 200 lbs, but it can be easier to lift as you adjust to it.

Words just don't cut it but it's all I have.

We will be here if you need to rant. If you have to twist off or just holler.

More than a few of us will pray for you and your family.

As the father of two girls, I can’t even imagine what you are going through. But I’m sure it sucks on a level hard to comprehend. As much as we are a group of inestimable assholes, we are a family of inestimable assholes. Pulling for you and your family man.
