Not well-played by either side, but 9-3 still counts.

Lamar in half an hour.

The errors are worrying me.  Another 4 today after 3 on Wednesday night.

I can excuse Marder and Cantu's errors today - both new to the program.  But Jefferson with 2?  Blahhhhhhhh

Only 4 games, very early,  but you can see the void left by Elish.    Thus far team does not seem to be playing with the intensity and focus that Elish brought  to the whole team.    Her enthusiasm, focus, and drive to be the best will be missed by the entire team.   Results in errors and other mistakes.

As they say,  a superstar (Elish) makes everyone better.    Jefferson, Rhodes, Burke, and Iakopo are stars in their own right,  but like many they just don't have that "let's go" leadership personality.

That said,  Covid protocol affected the team.   They are really just getting to know each other.

she should be out. Threw the bat at the ball in fair territory

Easy call. Dunno what Amanda saw. It bounced straight up off the bat

8-7 Texas after an RBI single my MSU in the 6th

8-7 Texas bottom of the 6th. We need runs here

Nope. Gotta win it in the circle here to avoid a tie game or deficit
