Who won OKL/BAY?  Baylor's game tracker is stuck on 2-1 Bears in the 2nd.  And OU's site doesn't have the stat tracker deal.

Pretty crazy we're at 4:30p on the last day of the regular season.  And only 2 of the 9 tournament positions are settled (Tech at 3, OSU at 4).  Everything else is still up for grabs.

Ridings, Meador, Wright, and Green, and now King have been used quite a bit this weekend.  If KSU can keep plugging away at King and get to some of the other guys, TCU does not have the fresh horses to last 7 more innings.  Hill, Perez, and Savage standing by but none can go over 2 innings.

Sharkfarts.........gotta give TCU's King a lot of credit.  Comes on in the 1st after the starter gives up 4.  King has gone 8 full innings, 100 pitches.  Scattered 5 hits, no walks, 9 K's.  About to take TCU to the Big XII Championship Crown.

Well, Wildcast not going quietly.  8-7 now TCU.  B9 1 out, 1 on.

We took 2 of 3 on their home field and they shit the bed the last few weeks of the season.  Call the League Office, tell 'em to pass out all the fucking trophies they want, we're the real Big XII Champion.  Clear a shelf, we got more shit to bring home...

So Texas and tcu are at the top of the standings 3 weeks ago, and for some reason many outsiders assumed Texas would be the team to falter.  And we weren’t perfect, but tcu has just cratered. Will they even host?

We are the #1 seed for certain in OKC.  We will play the winner of Tuesday night's Kansas/West Virginia game on Wednesday at 12:30p-CDT.  If we win that, we will the winner of OSU/OKL on Thursday at 4:00p.  After that, it gets murky based on which bracket you stay in.

Unless they were to win the conference tourney in 4 games (3-0, W title game, no losses)...TCU just played themselves out of a Super.  I think they still hold on to hosting a regional towards the 14/15/16 realm.  So yeah, probably lined up opposite us.

There once was a story about winning 5 championships...

Big 12 regular, Big 12 tournament, regional, super regional, CWS.

That was the 2002 team. 2021 has one now.

What a weird game.  K State scored 4 in the 1st and 7 in the 9th and nothing in between.

Against one of the best closers in the country. The win probability for K-State there was insanely low.

That’s a healthy college boy in the KSU clip.

That's the guy Antico collided with at home plate that set off the scuffle that got the 3 guys suspended.

Final NCAA RPI's thru last night:

3.  Texas

7.  TCU

8.  Texas Tech

16.  Oklahoma State (side not:  Did not submit a regional host bid)

40.  Baylor

53.  Kansas

56.  Oklahoma

86.  West Virginia

91.  Kansas State (who da' real MVP now Cat?!?)

Hard to believe, TCU remains at #7.  Dropped 2 at home to Texas, canceled 2 games (obviously an RPI decision), dropped 2 of 3 at home to Louisiana-Monroe (110 RPI), and 2 of 3 to Kansas State (91 RPI).  So.....um.......Da Fuh???

TCU does not deserve a Top 8.  I'm guessing they land #11-#14.  Texas Tech may still play themselves into a Top 8 after all, with 3+ wins in OKC.  OSU deserves a #2 close-by non Top 8 seed like LA Tech or Tennessee.  Baylor doesn't make a deep run in OKC, they deserve to get a #3 seed somewhere.

Predictions from y'all?

That’s very odd.

I assume there was a major factor that kept them from doing so. Why would you build that new park if you aren’t going to take full advantage of it?
