Tom will be in charge of whether to go for it on 4th down or not.

The sacred binder is in a windowless office with Tom's badge on it.

He took a pro job to keep Texas on the hook for the buyout?

If that's what happened, IDGAF. I'm just glad he's no longer our problem. I'm fully onboard the Sark Train.

If Herman is going to be an analyst, he should first analyze why he couldn’t win more than 7-8 games a year here, and why recruits great recruits stopped wanting to come here with all the resources he had at his disposal.   He let it all slip away.

What will the first special project be?

Paper mache, macaroni art, maybe some friendship bracelets.

Sounds like he has an assistant to the manger type of position. No real importance at all.

Perhaps he will do well in the more subordinate position. Some people just don't handle positions of power very well and yet do just fine lower down in the structure.

There was a guy where I work that (after he was promoted) had so many people refuse to work with him, that he was "offered the option" of transferring to... Chicago! His other option was to be fired.
