Next time you are tempted to bitch about the shift, remember those last two outs.

Who bitches about the shift?

It became the norm against pull hitters for a reason.

That definitely feels like a game we stole from them  BUT.....

HOW THE FUCK DO CORREA AND ALTUVE KEEP DOING THIS??????????

Are the BBGs just paying us back in joyful clutch moments for all the postseason suffering we endured with Biggio and Bagwell?

I keep trying to tell people he WILL go down as greatest playoff player of all time when he retires

Maybe. Probably. But Altuve has a little something to say about that.

Anybody see the vagisil on the last Boston pitchers neck?

See the substance Maldonado hid in his lip while whispering to Pressly after the last out?

That's exactly the kind of gut-wrenching game we nearly always lost in our first few years of making the postseason. Sure nice to see us on the winning side of some more recently.

Game 2 would be a fine time for Tucker and Bregs to blow up. This business of scoring only 5 runs is way too stressful.

Biggio’s response to Correa standing at the plate after his HR was priceless. He stood up to cheer when it was hit then immediately stopped when he looked at Correa and was all wtf is he doing?

MLB says it was also Correa’s 4th career go-ahead home run in the 7th inning or later in a postseason game. That’s most in postseason history.

Correa also has 55 postseason RBIs,, the most among active players.

The home run was Altuve’s 20th career postseason home run.  With that dinger, according to MLB Stats, Altuve became the fastest player in league history to get to 20 home runs.  He joins three others who have hit 20 or more postseason home runs -- Manny Ramirez (29), Bernie Williams (22) and Derek Jeter (20).

Word. When the next Breggy Bomb is hit, I want him to trot around the entire diamond with bat in hand. Keep them hoes mad

He should do cartwheels all the way around the bases then fuck the pitcher's wife against the dugout railing.

Cristian Javier was the fucking unsung hero tonight. I hope he has turned a corner with his control because if he can limit the walks, he can be a huge weapon.

Slowest game I’ve ever attended. Lines sucked. Don’t care. Got the win. Drank a bunch. Ate chick fil and hot dogs. Saw the H‑E‑B guy, Andre Johnson and some fat guy that looked like the wolverine. Hopefully won’t be back for a couple of weeks.
