Booting Woodard to clear a scholarship for Woodard 2.0 never made sense to me

Booting Woodard needed to happen regardless but point taken.  No doubt the decision was made today to push for better than Winfield

Gerry stated that Armani was a take for Texas so it's a straight up loss.

JFC. He also shared all the scenarios that could be in play and that the "take" is a moving target since Sark only re-engaged with him this last week/s.

Might be wishful thinking but the Winfield episode has me thinking that he wanted to come back in, 9.95ers get wind of that and start logging CBs of Winfield to Texas, Winfield tries to commit but gets shot down.

TL;DR: We are getting Stewart

Stewart, Law, and LTG are all still in play for today.  Harris is in play for sometime in the next 4 days.  Campbell, Greene, Abor, Perkins, and Mathews are in play for NSD2.  Not sure what the status is of Perry, Gibbs, Dudley, Lewis, and Stone.
LTG isn't happening his spot is gone.

Stone already signed.

I guess he’s doing this because Bedenbough is staying and because he didn’t like Texas taking so many linemen.

This was always his plan. He was never publicly committing today.

So Armani lost his spot because he decommitted during one of our games, or did Baylor beat Texas straight up?

Nahlin was hinting that the de-commitment in the middle of the KState game rubbed the coaches the wrong way and he wasn’t going to be in this class.

Everyone is reading the Campbell OU vs Texas on Feb 3rd as great news, but I see it as the opposite. Bedenbaugh staying at OU, combined with Texas taking so many highly rated OL might have caused Campbell to reconsider OU as a top priority. I know he was locked into Texas for a long time, but he was originally planning to sign early and announce in January so this change really doesn’t make sense.

Makes sense, that was a low blow move by him. Almost like he was too scared to tell it to the coaches’ faces. Have fun at Baylor though…..I guess.

No, his plan was a January announcement after signing in December I believe.  Now it’s February.

I don't see a 5 star top ten badass caring about competition that much.

Does this come from a source or is it pure speculation?  Honest query.

Man, it's like Benjamin Franklin said: Any fool can condemn, criticize, and complain, and Satya will find a way

For anyone wondering, Anthony Jones officially signed with Oregon and he’s off our commit list, so he’s no longer counting in our ranking and rating average.

hope lewis can find an equally desirable landing spot.

It is amusing that the board pessimists, like Satya and Bruh, completely disappear when there's any hint of good news. They will be back here the moment there's any type of negative news.

The losing makes them feel more alive.
