Is 16% possession good?

i suppose it is better than having 84% possession with no fucking goals.  christ.  rojas is about to screw up the very last part of a five part parlay in which the other four hit easily.  those fuckers better wake up.

Undefeated.

Even fat Swedish girls aren't bad looking.  ESPN really needs to just go hot girl searching in the crowd instead of showing this boring ass game.

It's tougher to get more talent in the stands than Sweden playing Spain.

What an awful game.  I'm looking forward to Sweden winning this tournament playing all games to a nil-nil tie and then winning on pks in the knockout rounds.

Ah. The famous Grecian-backdoor method. Wouldn't be against it.

Just looked it up because it's still one of the craziest things ever - Greece won Euro 2004 with 7 GF and 4 GA. They advanced to the elims on 0 GD and then won 3 straight contests 1-0.

Poland had a few lookers as well.   Hopefully further we go in the tournament we will  get more hot "insert country" girls

If I may add some anecdotal evidence - through my years of arduous porn research it has appeared that Czech girls - and maybe Slovakian girls too - also have it going on.

I will conduct further research and report back.

Germany tomorrow. Looking forward to that one.

My hierarchy goes: 1. U.S.A.; 2. Germany; 3. Sweden; 4. Ireland.

I think I'm mostly English and Welsh with some Irish and Swedish thrown in. Although my maternal grandmother has some native American and African in her somewhere down the line. Probably why my wang is so huge.

Thank God ESPN was able to secure Julie Fowdy's services for such awesome analysis.  Pregame.  Poland v. Slovakia.

Dude: Julie.  What separates Lewandowski from others in Europe.

Fowdy:  Well he's a treat to watch and scores and scores and scores.

I'm guessing it's the handle, but I always assumed you were Hispanic or Hispanic/mixed.

I'm weird because I'm USA first.  Then, I root for teams depending on the the situation.  For example, I'm hard-core England/Scotland/Ireland/Sweden against Italy, France, Brazil, etc... But I also have a tendency to often root for the underdog.  When England plays, say, Jamaica, I'll root for Jamaica.  Hell, I may get a visit from Homeland Security, but at times, I'll root against the US in things other than men's soccer.  For example, men's basketball, women's soccer, women's basketball.

Get out. Especially after assuming that I was hispanic.

(But yes - I'm quite white. Although the type of white whose family always talks about behind the scenes and hangs out with coloreds (someone else's words not mine) and winds up at parties with rappers and other neer-do-wells)

We have very similar experiences.  At one time in my life, I was practically black.  In TN, I was taken in by the Hispanic community due to my ability to play soccer and speak Spanish.

I've never been a fan of the US men's or women's basketball team (post Dream Team) or the US women's soccer team (post Rose Bowl victory over China).  I have reasons, but I won't bore the board with them.

Edit: My reasons are not political, for what that's worth.  I just almost always root for the underdog unless it's Texas, US Men, or Dallas area pro teams.

Zepol can attest to both my whiteness and non-whiteness.

I got made fun of in high school for hanging out with all the black kids. And my Spanish is decent. But I would never ever cheer against the US in anything.

@Zepol87 and yeah that comment had me howling

Another note - I have mixed cousins and my best friends from both high school and college are both half black.

Oh, I have a strange way of rooting for, or against, teams.

My first rule, due to two poorly finished relationships with Latina gals (both Venezuelans who were bat-shit crazy & what was I thinking) I root against all Spanish-type teams.

I will never root against the U.S.A.

I will never root against Germany, unless it's against U.S.A.

I will never root for England (Free the Six Counties), unless they are playing Spain, or Brazil or Argentina.

I will never root for France, unless against Spain, Brazil Or Argentina. I would root for Argentina v Brazil (the light blue matches our high school football uniforms).

I will root for Sweden against everyone other than U.S.A. & Germany. Ireland against everyone but the aforementioned 1-3 on my list.

Portugal, eh, I will root for them against Spain, Brazil and Argentina. I don't have any issue with them.

etc, etc.

I generally support most Latin teams before European teams. It's partially a Western Hemisphere thing and partially a "fuck The Man" thing cuz, make no mistake, UEFA is the engine that powers FIFA's rampant corruption.

(That's not to imply other federations aren't rife with corruption; they just don't come close in terms of revenue.)

Mexico would be the exception. It didn't used to be that way, but El Tri fans have become so aggy that it's all but impossible to wish their team well.

I just want to say that I’ve been Hispanic since the end of July, 2013*.

*I didn’t learn this until after I said my oath (actually said “Sí” after a judge read oath #3… the no -religious option) in late October, filed my paperwork in early November, and then returned from a Thanksgiving trip to Dallas at the end of November. THAT was when I learned that I had been Hispanic for 4 months already.

The rest of my blood relatives are pretty fucking white. Especially on the Christian side, but even the Jewish side had some fair coloring and light eyes.
