After a summer of relative austerity last year, will clubs get back to their pre-COVID levels of spending? Probably not but there should be some juicy sagas, not least of which will be if Harry Kane forces his way out of Tottenham, and either Haaland or Sancho leaving Dortmund for astronomical fees. I'm guessing there's a lot of small-ish deals and no club breaks the bank until they've got fans back and 100% attendance for a full season.

Southampton somehow is going to better this season's 15th place finish by limiting transfer signings in the £10million or less range?

  • I guess we'll be limiting our search to the Championship and the bottom half of the Eredivisie.

It is going to be a long 21/22 season.

Aston Villa beat Arsenal to sign Emi Buendia for £33M, a club record for both Villa and Norwich.

Great signing and major upgrade over Barkley.

And, I'm afraid, a sign that Norwich will continue their rubber-banding, and are looking at relegation at the end of next season... :(

The vibe I’m getting is that I’m pretty sure that pattern is what I’m using for my backsplash for my sink.

The dude plays for Dortmund not the Dallas Burn, he’s very much made it.
