I’m surprised more top picks don’t pull an Eli Manning and refuse to play for badly run teams.  They get stuck with that team for the first contract and it’s financially punitive to switch after the first deal after that.  They can be stuck there for eight years.  You see Zion doing that now but what if he had just told NO to get bent?

In most cases, the team would retain his rights, so I guess he could go play in Europe or somewhere and try and leverage a trade during the year.

That's generally my thoughts as well.  Okie City passes on Kuminga to take Bouknight.  Orlando takes two guys who can't shoot to go along with Fultz.

if there is a team that loves guys who can't shoot, orlando is that team.

They already said Cade Cunningham was the best prospect since Lebron James. I…had no response.

They meant besides the other 12 clearly better prospects since LeBron.

wtf Memphis?  You could have stayed at 17 and still picked up Williams.

yup.  you don't make that trade to take a guy you could have taken had you not made the trade.  definitely the worst pick thus far.

I wish someone here had recently expressed that that has the potential to be one of the worst trades in NBA history.

Looks like they're on track for that outcome.

Where was primo supreme supposed to go? I guess late first because I don’t ever remember seeing him in a mock draft in the lottery.

Found this:  Add ESPN's draft analyst Jonathan Givony as a member of the 'Primo to Philly' club, as he mocked the young Alabama guard to the Sixers with the 28th pick.

Can't wait for the Spurs fans to explain how, no, really they're really not tanking and disrespecting the game.  That Primo was the pick that they felt would lead to the most wins 21-22 among all options available.

Uh, we’ve been wanting them to tank.
