Surly poster whose daily life you’d most want to see on a reality show

I'd want to see a show similar to the competitive cooking shows where surlsters could compete with their best "Shit I've cooked lately" dishes. A similar competition could be had for best sandwiches from the steel shank thread. Winner gets to go to Key West with Imamac and do a pod cast while there, all expenses paid. They MUST braid their hair, wear ugly Hawaiian shirts and black socks with sandals so we can see the local reaction.

Vic on a show juggling his cholas. Viewer discretion.

closetojumping and SidneyCarton in a staring contest. LIVE.

I would watch that show.  I imagine the bullshit he has to tell one of them to haul ass because he's got another one en route, would be fucking hilarious.  And also tragic.  But mostly funny.  A lot of him breaking the fourth wall to bring us into his sick, but loving world.  I would definitely watch that show.

I was going to suggest The Steel Shank Show, but figured it would have too many killings for network execs (including aforementioned execs). Serious business.

Yeah, but she's probably the size of two regular women.

since none of y'all have stated the obvious yet I'll do it for you: it's @rdcanecutter. I had the privilege of a few days in his peculiar orbit and it's like Curb Your Enthusiasm meets To Kill a Mockingbird meets Confederacy of Dunces. (But he's not fat. He does have his medievalist tendencies though.)

This is my answer.

Dude, you said you'd leave the Nekkit pictures out of this. It was just the one time, anyway, and that wasn't even my dog.

I don't know him in real life, but i could glean from his posts---the CYE angle and the Confederacy of Dunces angle.  But I don't see the To Kill a Mockingbird deal?  I must be missing something (something's missing alright).  But yeah, I would watch that show so far, to be sure...

Think Southern belle. And then throw that in the garbage because she's the antithesis.

I like to think of us as Slingblade meets Marissa Tomei from My Cousin Vinny.

That would be the trips to Selma.

How about @NowThis ??

I'd like to see one episode of his life: Black Mirror style. Him just diddy bopping away posting on Surly and then the moment of realization when he saw that on a thread about Kobe Bryant dying he'd posted a link to extremely kinky porn. What do you do then? Somebody posted you close your laptop, drive to the nearest body of water and throw it in.

I say @Zepol87 and @Gil Bang have to drive a truck down back roads from the US border, to Guatemala, looking for a lost supply of Spanish gold that isn't there, but what they do find challenges their sanity and ability to carry on, yet somehow they do, maybe 30 miles of progress each episode with constant setbacks, with maybe rafts and crocodiles, and or hang gliders, mini bikes, donkey pack trains, and the odd sidekick chimp.

They can't stop and they can't slow down, not while El Coronel Muerte (played by @InkaUtexas) is on their trail.

Sounds like a Latin “Deliverance”.

It would be like a trailer park version of Triple D, in various drunk dudes’ kitchen making simple, tasty creations.
