CDC is up there for things like this, I hope at least. He needs to push with any leverage we have to get the game in tonight. Game tmw isn't till 6pm, no reason not to squeeze in a late game tonight. I predict a 9:15 1st pitch...

UT ended up losing 2-1 and 10-6 to Miami in the finals that year

And I recall becoming certified surly after losing those games.

T3n1m0 rectal. Had no radiation and a path complete response to six rounds of folfox. Surgical path report came back 100% clean on the site and 45 lymph nodes. You got this. I loved reversal surgery, hated the bag.

I had one dead cancer cell in a lymph node post surgery out of 30 but they think it was exiting the rectal area.  But the same diagnosis to the T (started stage 1 and then went to stage 2, and finally barely stage 3).   Did radiation and oxypalatin (or however it's spelled) and like you can not wait to lose the bag.

Divorce and chemotherapy are brutal, because they are totally worth it.

Just looked it up Bates had 13 triples that year and scored 100 runs, both Longhorn single season records

Yeah no one is ever hitting 13 triples again.

NSIAP:  "Moneyball" is airing on Showtime.  It's not the CWS, but it's something.

Phoenix and LA are playing a good game 3 on ESPN, too. For those of us that haven't given up on the NBA.

New, fringe sport called "basketball" that's becoming all the rage. Although it's apparently mostly excelled at by African-Americans.

Bates was a stud.  I say with mixed emotions that I saw him play live.

Sofa king old.

I did too but I was a youngster, 7-8 maybe.  Spike was my favorite horn from those days. Freaking idol level at that age.

So did I, he was 8 years behind me

According to my abacus, you have even me beat.  By four years.  I did play against Keith and Leland Creel and Milo Choate in high school, woo hoo!
