bird flu, small pox, measles, zika, west nile....all possibilities that would keep him from flying. My guess is that Coach Herman will take an intentional delay of game on the first play, in his honor....

This place will be a real shit show Saturday night if Herman calls plays and the Horns offense actually looks presentable. This is gonna be fun.:D

I'm not a Tim Beck fan, but anything that changes the regular flow of things just scares me to death {hand wringing}. On the other hand, if things go as they have been going, or better, many theories gain traction. Either way, hope the guy gets better.

Link? Do they say anything about who will take over?

It's on the paywall side. Nothing about who's calling plays.

Jokes on him...he meant to take out Orlando  but got Beck instead. Not today Purple Wizard!

Even his satanic hexes are losing their touch. Couldn't even curse the right coordinator.

Infections in men that are not serious that get hospitalized quite a bit

some pneumonias

Infected foot wounds on diabetics

injection site infections

surgical wound infection

Dog bites and ‘fight bites’ to hands

gastroenteritis with severe dehydration

Appendicitis, cholecystitis and other boring gut illness

retropharyngeal abscess

infected implant/osteomyelitis

what am I missing? One of you guys who treats more of these can fix my list.

I’m deliberately not counting viruses/uri, meningitis, uti, prostatitis, sinusitis, bacteremia, or athlete’s foot.

If Beck misses the rest of the year with this infection, he can still redshirt.

If he gets out of the hospital tonight, could he drive to the game and also pick up Pat Hudson and Lagaryonn Carson in Silsbee and Texarkana on the way?

Would be pretty cool if he did.  Just goes to show those DC-area bonds are strong.

I've got $20 on retropharyngeal abscess.

Easily the best offensive coordinator they've had in the last decade.

Scoring in Nebraska is different. Top 3 ways for most folks are giving an offensive line lots of steroids, throwing a baggie full of dried corn at a stationary target, and giving beer to a naive farmgirl freshman.

Beer? No no. That's a job for beer's cousin, liquor.
