Got to love the subtle shifting narrative

Pre-season - Texas has the easiest SEC schedule EVAR

Today - Texas can't handle physical football from teams like VANDERBILT

The utterly casual mental flips between “the sips were gifted a schedule” and “the sips can’t run that gauntlet” depending on which argument they’re making at a given moment is just outstanding work.

The games are always tough, including Michigan, until Texas wins, at which point they were gimmies.

Saying our game with Michigan looked the same as Washington’s is complete lunacy. 24-3 at halftime AT MICHIGAN compared to 17-17 late in the game in Washington.

Texas was never not in control and threw like three passes after getting to 31.

Because they knew Michigan's defense would obliterate their offensive line and knock out their QBs, stupid sip.

did aggy think they were getting money for the refs from Hurricane Helene relief funds, or did they take out another payday loan?

Yeah, I'm having trouble keeping up.  Is the sec a grind, or do we have an easy schedule?

"IF they beat us and georgia, they MIGHT deserve to be in the playoff"

I mean since OU is obviously shit since they're fellow big 12 refugees and they suck, in this scenario Texas is most likely undefeated and #1, at least going into the SEC championship game.  And then maybe, just maybe, Texas might deserve to be in the playoff.  not gonna commit to a seed or anything, just "maybe they'd sneak in somehow as the undefeated #1"

and then you have others saying stuff like "they have 3 likely losses: Arky, us and Vandy". So here we're assuming Texas beats OU and Georgia, but loses to Arky, A&M and Vandy.  ok that makes sense.

it's always easy to find conflicting opinions in a large group, but there's just so much stupid to choose from.

It appears their victory over top ten Missouri has made us weak somehow. We didn't even play, and they're giddy about what big trouble we're in.

This Aggie turns his mind to reasoning:

Texas loses to OU due to our imagined cockiness (irony is always lost on Aggies) and, GADZOOKS! a mid afternoon start time for the game. We will be thrown into disarray by this but OU will not.

Parrots are out tonight:

image.png.722e7568fb44c63a090222d23c0a1ba4.png Over and over and over. Always presented as fresh insight.

We've got that grindy, difficult SEC schedule to worry about now.

Oh, but two posts above:

we've been trying to figure this out all summer

a new type of math is being developed to model negative situational awareness - they went from flipping back and forth on a daily basis, to every few hours, then within a given hour, and then THE SAME AUTHOR supporting both arguments in different posts - now they have arrived at a place where it is totally logical for a given author to support and echo both positions WITHIN THE SAME POST

it's udderly astounding

Man I dunno. I think we should fold up shop. The grind is gonna be too much

Yep. Now the deaths will start piling up. The grind. They seem pretty sure we're going to lose to Vanderbilt.

And it seems all of this speculation comes from them watching their own game and deciding we're doomed.

Doomed, I tell you!

I suspect we'll be doing the grinding. And it will be fun.

Elko's a good coach.  aggy could be good, I've definitely been surprised by their oline.  Our game w/ them could mean something by the end of November.  Should be fun regardless.

They lost to the only decent team they've played.   Missouri is trash - they should never have been ranked in the top 10.  Let's not forget that they struggled with fucking Bowling Green.

If Weigman survives the season, they're a pretty good team it looks like. I don't know how many competent passing teams they play, but I think we'll feast on their secondary. Missouri had guys open most of the game or at least the first half.

They don't play anyone else who has much of a pulse between now and our game.  Pure attrition should put them into the T10

Fair enough.  But if past history is any guide, they'll lose a game or 2 that they shouldn't.

I love how aggy extolls the culture and refinement of their own wretched backwater in comparison to Baton Rouge. Murder rates? Chain restaurants? Traffic? T-shirt fans? Fall baseball attendance? It's all here. The aristocrats have spoken.

Vandy is 3-2 with losses to Georgia St and Missouri lol. But it's a grind. Lol, k. They're now a tough grind.

Kentucky lost to USCe and Georgia by 1, but Georgia will beat us cause they're a grind now with that 13-12 win. Jesus Christ. Someone needs to write a novel on how stupid that fan base is.

if pat can go full pat we can too

we don't know how bad aggy really is until we see them play a team with a pulse when the zebras do not intervene at all

"everything going right" is easy to snowball when the zebras make it clear to your opponent that they (your opponent) are getting the alien probe nlaa

Auburn has a lot of skill position talent. They are hamstrung by Thorne's inability to utilize it consistently. Auburn also has a decenet enough defense, and the game is in Auburn.

They’re going to comfortably be 9-2 assuming Nuss can slice them up. They very well could 10-1 on Thanksgiving week. LSU shitting the bed on the road would surprise absolutely no one.

Of course, their biggest SOS game is us, in the last week, but we have a “soft” schedule compared to them. Our next two week slate is tougher than their whole schedule.

Hook’em!!!

They have soft brains and heads. Call it fetal alcohol syndrome, which is why they're retarded and think every year is their year. They have 2-3 more losses before taking a skull dragging from us in their bat shit covered stadium.

In fairness, we are ranked as the #1 team in the nation, so isn’t this true for all the teams we play?
