Who knew when you combine Nebbish with aggy you end up with massive amounts of fuckup?

Yeah, I know…everyone.

It’s remarkable how far they’ve fallen under Trev. Maybe football is still a top half of the SEC job, but the rest of aggy athletics is slap fighting with MS State for relevancy.

The thing is, anyone who saw what he did at Nebraska saw this coming. You'd have to be a colossal idiot to hire him if you have any desire to be good at sports after what Trev did there.

Wait, our MO is to try to be better than them? That’s “cancerous?” Ok.

Of course, the one key factor that they’ll never be able to acknowledge amid all the whining about big bad malignant Texas is - Schloss preferred Texas. Buzz apparently preferred Maryland. Most people prefer elsewhere to A&M if all things are equal.

I mean. It's nothing personal. Our goal is to be better than EVERYBODY, not just aggy.

That had to be one of us as an aggy sock participant, as there ain’t no way in hell they can spin that MBB hire. Trev and his DOGE tactics told all possible Top 25 candidates, with “all that aggy money,” that we have our guy.

In the recent study Baati et al. [14] showed that the oral administration of the fullerene C60 suspension in olive oil retards senescence of rats. Herewith, median and maximum life span increase approximately twice. Moreover, it was shown that rats treated with fullerene C60 demonstrated high resistance to carbon tetrachloride. Toxicity of this substance is mediated by ROS generation [15]. According to this fact and results of biochemical tests fullerene C60 was proposed to be of high antioxidant activity in vivo. Due to the free-radical theory of aging, highly active antioxidant activity can be the basis for unique antiaging (geroprotective) properties.

Nah most of those nature products seem super fake, you are likely just eating charcoal. Plus I would wait for human clinical trials at least.

Turns out you can make C60 at home with large current zapping of graphite in a pure argon box, and since it is not water soluble it should be easy to separate it from all the other carbon allotropes.

Then there's this mantra followed by an element of truth.

Maybe you're just doing less with less. You have lesser coaches working for historically mediocre programs that don't recruit at high levels unless there's lots of money or the recruits have been indoctrinated from an early age.

The assumption that A&M is somehow "more" or a sleeping giant is a part of your dishonest mythology that includes stories of the corps loading artillery onto a flatcar to shell Waco or how you're the victim in every riot you started. The absurd tragedy of the bonfire fiasco is turned into something heroic. You build an idiotically big tower of logs without a safe plan for doing so.

The day will not come that the veil that hides the extraordinariness will be lifted for all will see how wonderful A&M really is. There is no veil. Everybody sees a bunch of weirdos. Fine, embrace that. Congratulate yourselves on delusions of being a "part of something bigger than yourselves."

Constant self-congratulation and certainty that nothing can be wrong is the magic combination for success in any endeavor. Keep up the good work!

I read this initially not knowing the author. Upon conclusion, I thought, "This sounds like Roma." Boom!

Well done, RV!

Aggy needs to take UH’s name out of their mouths. Phi Slamma Jama was an absolute powerhouse program with a FF and back to back championship game appearances. There’s no comparison.

This. We are TEXAS, and CDC was a bases-loaded home run hire for AD. They are not randomly going to find themselves where we are.

Hey! They used to have Bill Byrne, their greatest AD ever (plus, he hated Texas). They can always steal his son, Greg Byrne, from Bama.

I'm not sure any programs in Division 1 care as much as Aggies do about what it means for their program to upset a highly ranked team.

I suppose we should envy them their ability to share the same thrill as an Appalachian State fan. "Remember that time we beat Alabama? Program defining moment!"

Next come the championships.
