Oh, and from what we are being told, deck is going to be hit hard in 2023 because of limited coil availability and the auto industry starting back up.

If this infrastructure program ramps up I’m afraid it’s going to fuck construction even more than it already is.

Just got a budget today on a project for $375/sf for shit that we were building for $220/sf 2-3 years ago. Ouch.
