of all people, judges should be held to the highest standard of anyone in our society, if for no other reason than their general affinity for god complexes and overt sense of superiority. if “the court” is to demand the highest respect of anyone in front of “the court”, then “the court” should be held to the highest possible standard.

I am telling you... one of these times, maybe in the next few years, we are going to get a video showing both sides of this idiotic argument where a LEO is completely in the  TRUE LEGAL 4th amendment coverage wrong-

but, and its a big but,  that LEO is such an idiot that they don't know the law and that because of that "misunderstanding of facts" that he/she perceives they are 1000% in the right, and they are going to get a homeowner showing them a brain pan 2nd ammendment right check.

The homeowner - who has every right to defend their home against an armed, argumentitve and mentally unstable intruder will be obviously charged with Capital Murder 1 of a cop (assuming they even get to the booking portion cause all the fellow officers are going to make sure to get a swing in before hes booked)

But all the videos that get relased... both the officer cam, and the homeowners are going to show the officer was breaking the law, and the consitituion, and it was a RIGHTEOUS shoot.

and we are going to get the whole fucking country break in half where the back the blue fucks are going to scream about how officer cunt-face was an 18 year veteran of the force and had a wife 6 kids, 3 dogs, 2 cats, a horse, and parrot and was just doing their job and misunderstood a tiny technical law and that he didnt deserve to be executed by the notorious weed smoking homeowner (cause hey he had a weed arrest at 18) who wouldnt just follow the cops clear (and totally illegal) instructions.

and then the rest of country that cares about the laws are going to have to spend years trying to get the homeowner properly defended in court, 10s of millions of dollars in legal fees, and they pray that a fucking jury of 12 people can understand that yes, a uniformed cop, who is completely breaking every law on the books is by legal definition no longer needing to be listened to and because of their illegal and dangerous actions, they ended up taking the room temp challenge.

that fucking trial will come fucking close to breaking the country because sooo many fucks think every cop death is a national trajedy.

big shocker, this pig had a known 20+ year history of being a sack of shit

Officer Danny Torres was placed on suspension at least six times during his 27-year career, according to his employee profile released late Friday afternoon by the Miami-Dade Police Department.

The profile included information showing a 20-day suspension in 2018. In another incident in 2019, Torres was suspended for 10 days. The other four suspensions, between 2014 and 2016, were each for five days. Details of the suspensions were not listed.

Torres also received at least four written reprimands between 1999 and 2020, the report showed.

...

The employee report contains six complaints, four alleging use of force, filed against Torres between 2004 and 2018. In only one instance did the investigation find enough evidence to sustain a use of force complaint against Torres. The other complaints involved allegations of improper procedure, improper use of a body worn camera, discourtesy, and conduct unbecoming.

Torres’ personnel file also shows he employed a range of use of force tactics including pushing, pulling, striking, and hitting from 2002 to 2022, according to the report. Some of these cases resulted in injuries like cuts, scrapes and bruises, but the report did not include details about who was injured.

Worth a watch?

I think so.   I definitely like a movie out there that touches on the often corrupt, malincentivized, but unfortunately legal practices of civil asset forfeiture.  Many people don't even know it exists. The true stories out there are horrible.
