Keystone Kentucky Kops manage to completely fuck up the recovery of a stolen weed eater on Dec 23.

its confusing... but the simple info is:

methhead tells cops that the weed eater he stole was at 500 fake address--- an old address HE NO LONGER LIVED AT.

for some reason... cops decide its critical to recover a $100 weed eater that was hidden at the former address of the meth head who is in custody and they need to recover it within 4 hours.

so cops get a warrant to bust into #500 fake address and recover this fucking weedeater that night.   the cops KNOW this isnt the perps address anymore.... so for whatever reason they still send 5 roided up cops to recover the weed eater.

Cops arrive at #511 fake address, its completely the wrong address... but to make things more fucked up they THINK they are at #489 fake address.

they know they have a warrant for 500 fake address... and think they are at 489 fake address... and they tell dispatach that they are at 189 fake address and about to execute a warrant.

why the fuck are the cops executing a warrant at an address they KNOW is wrong???? who the fuck knows.

but instead of checking in, or maybe just knocking on the door to try and recover this weedeater... they decide to go full home warrant invasion of the completely wrong house... and not just the wrong house... but a house they KNOW isnt the warrant listed addres.

innocent early 60s single homeowner at 511 fake address gets the Botham Jean treatment and is instantly dead.

all of this caught on surveillance of a 3rd home camera.... cops realize they fucked up  HAVE A HUDDLE for 2 mins before they call in shots fired.   which as we all know is almost always the very first thing cops scream over the radio when in the middle of a gunfight.

of course cops are claiming righteous shoot at this time and that they killed the perp....

I know Phoenix is consistently listed in the top 5 of most corrupt, most insane, most fuck up police departments in the fucking country.....

but holy shit this story is so beyond the pale of human decency that I am mentally struggling how fucking depraved you have to be as a group of cops who live in PHOENIX... claiming that they were never trained on how dangerous it could be to lay someone with shorts and a tank top onto black asphalt in the phoenix heat when it was 114°  outside

and the fact that the cops literally had the wrong guy makes it worse.... yes the kid had an active warrant out for his arrest (claimed he didnt know), but the cops didnt know that at the time, and they werent arresting him for that.

They were arresting him because they thought he was a different suspect.  so 5 of these fucks help stand on his back searing his skin against the fucking asphalt for 4+ mins... which gives him 3rd degree burns on his chest, back, arms, thighs, knees.  It took over a fucking month in the burn unit to recover and hes permanently disfigured as a direct result of these fucking morons.

throughout the report when they show a 3rd party camera of the arrest, you can hear him screaming and the cops, who I guess are just used to that... ignore him...

kid suing for 15M.... which I would vote for if on the jury... but highly unlikely he gets more than $5M.

SIAP. DEFINITELY NSFW:

The best part of this is that she straight up lies that she has a warrant and the homeowner calls her on it.  If they had really had one they’d be busting the door down, not slinking away.

You see the problem here is the City of Phoenix will pay $15mm, not the cop union. There is no incentive.

Police Officers Leave Man in Critical Condition Because Their Shift was Almost Over

January 19, 2025 by David Jones

Two St. Louis, Missouri police officers have been caught on body camera footage seemingly dismissing their duties after discovering a man who had been shot in a local park. The officers, identified as Ty Warren and Austin Fraser, are heard using derogatory language to refer to the victim and expressing frustration about the additional workload.

The incident occurred when the officers were responding to a 911 call from a man named Urayoan Rodriguez-Rivera, who had indicated his intention to commit suicide. The call came in just 30 minutes before the officers were due to finish their shift. The footage reveals that upon finding Rodriguez-Rivera’s body in Forest Park on September 10, 2023, the officers expressed surprise and noted that the victim appeared to be severely injured but still alive.

Despite the critical condition of Rodriguez-Rivera, the officers decided to leave the scene and return later. The footage captures them discussing their plan to “cruise around and come back.” They did return to the scene when a third officer arrived but left shortly after, according to authorities.

Interestingly, while Rodriguez-Rivera’s death has been officially ruled a suicide, the police were unable to locate the firearm. St. Louis police spokesman Mitch McCoy stated that the missing gun is being treated as stolen and its disappearance is under investigation. The police are also monitoring any related activity on the National Integrated Ballistic Information Network.

McCoy also commented on the conduct of the two officers involved. He confirmed that neither Warren nor Fraser is currently employed by the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department. While he did not provide specific details about their dismissal, he emphasized that the department holds its officers to the highest standards and will take appropriate disciplinary action if an officer is found to have violated policies.

An armed SWAT team burst in the wrong door — but this North Texas family can't sue

James Jimerson and his kids were fast asleep on what was supposed to be a normal evening in March 2019. His wife, Karen, says she was showering when she suddenly heard a loud bang followed by the sound of her windows breaking.

Karen rushed from the bathroom half naked when she and her daughter allege they were met with men dressed in all-black vests labeled "SWAT,” pointing guns at them as Karen begged them not to shoot. Officers shouted at them to get on the ground.

The SWAT team had smashed in the front door of the Lancaster, Texas family’s home, deployed a flashbang grenade and held Karen and James and their three children at gunpoint — before one officer reportedly yelled, “wrong house!”

The incident, detailed in federal court documents, left the Jimersons' home damaged and their family traumatized.

But the U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to hear the family's case, leaving in place a ruling that granted the officer who led the raid qualified immunity — a controversial legal doctrine that gives government officials immunity from being sued in certain situations.

In a statement, Karen Jimerson said she was disappointed the justices declined her case.

In the case of the Jimersons, the Waxahachie Police Department’s SWAT team was planning to execute a no-knock warrant — which allows law enforcement to enter a home without announcing their presence or knocking — on a separate home in Lancaster suspected of holding drugs, according to court records.

But officers arriving at the scene gathered in front of the wrong home. Lewis, who was leading the SWAT team, realized they were at the wrong home, and without checking the address, ordered his team to raid the home of Karen and James Jimerson instead, according to court records.

“Although he later claimed that he ‘believed’ the Jimersons’ address matched the warrant, Lewis conceded he ‘did not even check the number’ before ordering the SWAT team to execute,” court documents alleged.

the institute for justice has been trying for almost 10 years to get a new qualified immunity case in front of the Supreme Court to show them how the Supreme Court ocming up with this completely made-up idiotic legal precedent that they expanded way too much in Harlow v. Fitzgerald.   That North Texas family was one of the ones the ISJ really thought would be heard.

especially since there was absolutely nothing correct about the home invasion by the swat team. it was the wrong house, wrong street, wrong address, wrong home type, with a huge obvious difference between the target house and the family home they invaded- that being a fucking wheelchair ramp in the family house and not one being in the house being raided.  you know thats not something you can fucking miss going to the front door- even at night.

and what caused that family to sue, is even though the swat team admitted they fucked up, and told the family the damages would be paid by the city, the fucking city hid behind the qualfiied immunity stature to not have to pay the damage done to the home by their incompetent swat team members.

I used to think "cops fucked up. Fucking idiots"

Now I wonder "did they really fuck up, or did the father of that household flip off an off duty cop or something?"

Somehow missed this.

I wonder where the missing gun went?

Incident is likely going to win an Oscar tonight. It's an incredibly well done combination of many camera angles of a police shooting in real time. It's absolutely disgusting to watch how these asshole lie to protect themselves and make them feel better about instigating a situation that led to a man's death. Spoiler alert: guy is on the street for 10 minutes bleeding out and zero cops provide any first aid. Just disgusting.
