and here come the beta bitch reporters..

Glad he turned that high school JV tennis career into a fucking profession. That guy has been and will always remain a fucking twat….and yes Jose, those words are necessary for clarity.

So realistically how fast can we turn over this roster? I haven't been keeping up with portal rules since before Covid. How many guys can he bring in in one class with freshmen and transfers? How many medical scholarships or "if you want to play football, you'll have to do it elsewhere...let me help you find a landing spot" cards can Sark play this offseason?

Have a question.

Who recorded Augies rant? Why was that ok but this not?

I’d have to know all the details before making judgment on the recording person. Or at least enough certainties of it.

Augie knew the cameras were there and it was some sort of film about him I believe, completely different than sneaking a video on the team bus.

That was my dad when I didn't tag up one time and cost us a game. Also when I lost a wrestling match I should've won... also when I changed the channel when he was watching a show..

I got way worse than that when I spilled paint in the garage.

Richard Linklater.

Or a member of his production crew.

The NCAA passed a new rule for this upcoming class, you can bring in an additional 7 counters, but you need to lose a player to the portal for each additional counter you take.

So likely Texas has the ability to bring in anywhere from 32-35 new players.

Seemed like Schooler was one of the few really putting out effort. He may not be the best athlete on the field, but he was sure as fuck trying.

We all rage at Brock and Schooler out there, and now it is becoming apparent that they are some of the few that really give a shit… Might also be just as indicative of a by some players aren’t getting play as well.

You can’t torpedo the season by not playing all the guys not bought in, because it seems that that it might be as much as40% off the roster. That being said you can try and limit the damage as much as you can.

If Bo is reprimanded in any way for this then it speaks volumes for just how in trouble this program will continue to be.

It’s a guarantee that Bo gets called into an office and has to explain. At that point someone will tell him that isn’t appropriate, document it, and put a note in his file. Bo will leave. That person will will hate himself for having to do it, but one must cover their ass in Corporate America. Sad, but I would bet a lot of money that is what happens

I would be surprised if he's not.  Not saying it's not justified, but in today's cancel culture, People have gotten slapped hard for a lot less.

If you’ve played football you know exactly where he’s coming from and how he feels…

These kids need to grow up., I know all the coaches have this same passion, no doubt about it. They may not show it in the same way but they all want to win no doubt about it

Idk how this plays in recruiting but I love to see it. Culture is the #1 thing holding this program back. I’d be fine with 20 transfers out/in (as long as none are Bijan or X)

Whoever recorded it has to pack up and go though.

I actaully think BJ Foster recorded it. He always seems not to give AF…

bit in the case I’m wrong it very well could have been a young dude, and hopefully this is a wake up call to get his shit right

We’re lucky to have Bo. We’re very unlucky to have the type of bitch made player that would think to record this, much less think it’s so mean and horrible that the world needs to hear it. I heard worse on high school JV buses and we didn’t need to be told to not be joking around after getting our shit pushed in.

Didn't a Houston sportswriter or columnist get stuffed in a trashcan by a player a number of years ago? I see Jesus used to cover the Astros -- hmm, I wonder ...

I said he just gets walked in and told he was bad. That is the corporate way and Texas is definitely corporate. I love it, but guessing this will get more attention and some bureaucrat will feel the need to do something half ass about it. I hope it doesn’t happen, but odds are high

It is a coincidence. These little temper tantrums are laughably cliche and unproductive.

I don't know if you've ever played team sports.  When the coach is an idiot blowhard, you're right, the players laugh at shit like this.

When the players are bought in, when they respect the coach, they want to win for him as much as themselves.  And when a coach goes off like this, it damned well does have a serious impact, because they feel like they've let him and themselves down.

Can't recall if it was '92 or '93, but Jimmy Johnson didn't like the way the players were behaving after a loss (to the Redskins, I believe) and he went off on them like this.  Every player that talked about it made clear they took it very seriously, and nobody was laughing.

They probably did laugh on a rare occasion when Switzer tried the same thing.

Yeah, I'm done bitching about any roster decisions if this is the type of shit the coaches are dealing with on this team.

Heads will roll if Davis is formally reprimanded. Everyone I talk to loved this shit. The pussy who recorded it may have just done us a favor.

You create a standard, and if you repeatedly fall short of that standard you’re out. That’s what needs to be built.

I don’t see this as a negative but how did they do us a favor? By leading to a cleaning of the house?

Agred but he won't get in trouble.   This is just people stirring things up and hoping for the worst.

Probably the biggest recruiting shot in the arm this staff was getting this season. Even fucking Looch is praising it in his own backhanded way.

r/cfb is on the mother too, and they're saying all the same things we are, all the same things our former players are:

1. Coach is right

2. fuck whoever released this

no doubt in my mind the team knows who did it, and man, I'm glad I'm not him right now. He'd be better off having shared a screenshot of his browser window with pegging porn in an open tab than he is right now

When coaches have to resort to silly shit like this it's funny to me. Not as funny as the people who think it works, though.

it's a little different now that it's all been put on the players for the whole world to see.

Not every workplace is like yours. I live in California, by God, and I wouldn't be worried about this here.

Not really. It's silly.

It's passion.

You might be revealing an ego that's a little too puffy to imagine being dressed down when you've fucked off a little too much.

It's performance art by a man making close to seven figures.
