Did the aggy “commandant” learn about safety in the military? Surely the real Army allows you to fire artillery towards people so long as they have been warned ahead of time?

Seriously they think this is just fine.  And they defend such dickfacery by saying things like, "You clearly don't appreciate us dying in battle for you."

If this is what they are teaching in their fake army, then any ags dying, aren't doing it on the battlefield.  It's obviously happening during training exercises.

Even if they did give a warning (they didn’t), but even if they did, the next step is not shooting a cannon into their faces for not heeding the warning

I don't mean to be argumentative, but have you actually verified that with the Corp Instruction Manyul?

If they can make shit up, so can we.

You know MaxHorn?  That man is a saint and a Longhorn hero.  Also, he does Neil Diamond better than Neil Diamond.  Yeah, I said it.

MaxHorn also has a CD/Vinyl collection numbering in the tens of thousands and has now started curating a LaserDisc collection.  Yes, he has an operable unit thanks to Mike's former Chief of Staff.   There was talk of the band practicing again when they spontaneously played at the wake for one of our tribe members back in May.  Anyone in Dallas that has secure, empty space where they could set up and leave their gear and kit in place, should pm maxhorn.

making fun of them almost feels mean?

their behavior after the collapse of the stack and during their exit to the secx3 merits permanent ridicule in any situation, including mass casualty events such as the eventual collapse of the southeast endzone dish.   i will not hold back and will not shed a tear.   they are a parasite on the State of Texas Taxpayer, like a plecostomus eating the algae on the side of the fishtank.  they are a clear and present danger in the context of national security.   and they represent the greatest threat to the collective human gene pool in the western hemsiphere.

they are a menace to be opposed at every turn.

and worst of all, they accomplish all of this using OUR MONEY.

They’re acting like the warning is the equivalent of an on coming train that can’t be stopped. Fucking losers, like you said don’t shoot the cannon if people are in front of it, warning or not.

Cool beans, I brought him up in the music forum a while back, could not remember his shag handle but remembered his great blog, the Analog Kid.  Still visit it from time to time.

That is literally the sum total of 135 years of Aggie experience distilled to its bare essence in a five-second gif.

Stupid sip, they have 3 football National Championships in the last 135 years.

He's a genuine good guy, and about the most die-hard Longhorn fan on the planet.  We had season tickets next to him for a decade and a half, and I can honestly say he deserved a lot better than our oft-times angry negativity, but he is ever the unflappable fan.  (Except for that one time he dressed down an obnoxious TCU fan with glorious ire, but that douche deserved it).

Just think how many aggys ate their tickets today….didn’t want to go to a crappy game in crappy weather…and nobody would buy their tickets anyhow….and couldn’t give them away.   Can’t wait till LSU shows up nex5 week.

your honor, we had to shoot that cannon

Who would have wanted their dominant performance against UMass to be discombobulated? Can you imagine if it had started 10 seconds later? It might have been a close, shitty game in front of dozens of fans.

It's like they believe those fucking dork make-believe soldiers have more right to be on the field than the actual players

At the 2002 game, in Austin, as halftime was ending and their band was on the south end of our field, Texas kickers came out to the north side to warm up. Their fake soldiers chased our players off our field. There is a lot of pent up hostility burning in their hearts.

Did this actually happen?  If we allowed this, that's on us.

Human sacrifices: it’s who we are at Texas A&M. Gig’em.

I’ve accidentally been 10yards in front of Smokey when it went off. It was my fault. It was LOUD.

There was no reason to fire what ever cannon they have right at those guys. Completely uncalled for and could have easily damaged their hearing. Buncha assholes.
