The inflatable sheep thing sounds a little too good to be true.

Yeah I was in the cheap seats up there with my best friend from high school and we didn't see anything like that but it would have been cool if we had.

Having to further clarify to the cult why they suck.

This dude gets it and aggy never will.

There was a video posted earlier where an aggy reacted negatively to being compared to Georgia Tech but GT has more accomplishments than aggy. Shit, they share a national title with Colorado.

aggy's claim to fame is a "shared" Big 12 South title.

They want to be included with the blue bloods but don't even standout with the non-helmet schools.

They are fucking nobodies and always will be.

I like how their response to people calling out their lack of winning anything is something like the Franchione "get your 77-0 games in while you can"...oh wait no it was "get your licks in while you can"

"Pile on while you can" Sure. Because they are always about to dominate. Any minute now. The A&M era is about to begin!

It really cracks me up how the aggy sports poet in the above tweet cited the number of CEOs who graduated from their school as an argument to support the notion of their athletic department being elite.  Like, what does that even have to do with the price of tea in China?  I'm pretty sure if I put that information into an essay regarding how elite my university's athletic programs are, my senior English teacher would have flunked me for going completely off-topic.

That whole institution is formed around an identity of an inferiority complex - and specifically, having to artificially pump themselves up as being superior in every possible way to convince themselves that they are not inferior.  It's mass psychosis - and not to mention, utterly pathetic.  I actually work with a few aggy engineers who are firmly in the 2% crowd, and they're fine.  It's the redass dipshits that give me a headache.

CEO of a sunflower seed farm doesn’t really move Wall Street. Just keep wearing that Fng aggy ring for your career ladder.

Houston has a better record in golf than both UT and aggy, just saying as a Longhorn Fan.

Only 3 teams have won a championship in football, basketball, and baseball.

Florida, Ohio State, and Michigan.

Isn't aggy one of the last 3 P5 schools to have never played in the BCS title game/CFP, the CWS championship series, or the FF in basketball?

By any objective measure, OkSt is the better program - and that's flat out embarrassing.   "Texas deserves better." Randolph Duke

Also, OkSt DOES NOT claim two National Championships in Football. Imagine that. *I'm not affiliated with okie st.

What aggy doesn't get it...will never get, is that winning won't make them a blueblood. It just isn't what they think it is. They could win it all. Twice. Three times. Wouldn't matter.

Mich St has ~6 football titles...not a blueblood. Clemson has 3, all late 80's or better, and they aren't either. Neither if them are the constant embarrassment aggy is.

Texas A&M has won 13 NCAA team national championships.[39]

  • Men's (6)
  • Women's (7)

The funny thing about this is that Texas, Alabama, Georgia, tOSU, or any of the blue bloods would never do this in a million years. They would be mocked and laughed at the same way the aggies were.

Second they gave him this trophy on the same day they recognized Carthel for actually winning the D2 championship at Commerce. They should be shamed for the rest of eternity for this stunt.

aggy to Carthel that day.

Yeah well, we have four national championships and six runner ups. That's not UH but nothing to be ashamed of.

Though UH Golf in the 21st century isn't what it once was.

A transam cost $6699 in 1979.  Obviously 1979 dollars are different than 2023 dollars, but man that’s not a lot for one of the premier recruits in that class.

By the way, with the 400 V8 in it, it only generated 220 hp. My current F150 has double that.

If Dickerson wanted to get a replica today, it’d set him back around 50k.

That'd be about $28,000 in today's dollars.

Roughly $28k worth of sled, but don't forget the glove compartment full of cash and the ho in the passenger seat.  Not too shabby for never setting foot on campus.

As much as everyone refers to UH as a HS program/school, one should refer to Spring sports and (NCAA) success of the last 3-4 decades. Just saying.

I love how it's the local BCS weather guy that is taking it personally. Hate to rain on your parade, Max, but Mike's not wrong on this one.

I didn't catch the @ there, but the name seemed familiar.   He knows his talent level has him stuck in the little B/CS market, so he's doubling down.
