They fucked around and found out. Schloss is the man who made them what they are today, anf without him, they're finally coming to the realization that Early is incompetent, adi look forward  to bringing bsck the Austin Regional every year.

Schloss got his dream job, had changed the culture, and Adrian Rodriguez is a freak. We're back, baby!

This is such echo chamber, circular bullshit.  They had 1000mg viagra hard-on for Schloss until he left them at the altar.    If he had won it last year while concurrently kicking the damn collie, walking across the grass, refusing to grab his nuts, and banning the milkmen from the ballpark they would have renamed the stadium and build a new dairy queen for him.

Earley left them too but that’s cool.

Well, looks like the aggy participation trophies rings are officially in.  Everyone's favorite helicopter mom from last summer posting it up...

I mean... Obviously I believe this is real because it's aggy.... But my god. The jokes write themselves. Remember when the US basketball team left their bronze medals in their hotel rooms in Seoul?  Aggy doesn't.

I had to google but evidently this is actually pretty common now for second place teams.

These are pretty cool. The back seat is just like their hall of champions. It has plenty of room but it’s completely empty.

The tailgate has a “sheep holder.” I still haven’t figured that one out…..

The whole Earley thing would be even funnier if it hadn't been so unbelievably obvious from Day One. I realize that all the evidence has been clear that Trev is a dumbass of major proportions, but still... this whole athletic department has been a clusterfuck of truly gargantuan proportions.

I never thought it would be possible to be sated with aggy tears, yet here we are.

I disagree.  It is wayyyyy funnier that it was so unbelievably obvious from Day One.

This. Everyone except aggys saw through it - they wanted to "own" Texas by taking back Earley from Schloss, they wanted to retain the roster and gaslight into everyone believing a guy with 3 years of coaching experience was the architect behind the run, etc.

I have to admit, I was sad to see Bjork go, because his sub 80 IQ combined with  small dick syndrome made him perfect to represent the aggy athletic department.  But Trev Alberts aint a bad fill-in. they just cant help hiring dildos for that job.

Participation rings?

I could MAYBE see a ring for a Conference Championship possibly...

Well it wasnt for that, TN won that last year.  Aggy does have a conference championship in the sec about 10 years ago or so.

Yeah it was still my point...i could see making one for a conference title, maybe(especially since they don't win any of them much) but a damn "we made the Finals" ring

Aggy will be the first team that hangs up a banner for making a football playoff

I honestly don't believe it was about "own"ing Texas, although they definitely liked that aspect. It was a last ditch move to keep together their roster after every big name coach they approached gave them the Heisman.

Fortunately for them, it worked. At least as far as the roster goes. We will see if a guy who has about 15 min of HC experience gets his bearings.

I'm not ready to proclaim it a failure yet, but early results are promising.

I'm pretty sure TCU beat 'em to it.

Not just TCU. I think a number of schools have listed it, just as they list the bowls they’ve played in.

Not any different than hanging a Final Four banner.

I met the guy who owns Victory Rings at a bank luncheon last week. When he told me they make rings for both UT and aTm I commented at least one school keeps him busy. He told me he played baseball at what is now UT RGV against the UT Natty team in 90s and got drubbed 9-1 8-1 and 20-1. Says he still always roots for the Horns. Thought his business was pretty cool. Hope he makes them Aggie 10 Brazilian worth of costume gear.

We didn't win a national title in the 90s.  1983 and 2002.

Glass houses man. It's like none of you remember the rings Mack had made for winning the fucking Alamo Bowl and "creating momentum for next year".  Mack out Aggied Aggy on that one.
