He just hasn’t been admitted to practice in the federal courts in the Southern District of New York, even though he’s licensed in the state of New York. More of a formality. Like even though I’m licensed in the State of Texas which allows me to practice in every state court in Texas, I still have to apply for admission in each of the four federal districts in Texas if I want to handle a case in those courts.

And he’s also a huge douchebag.

Yes, because getting quality recruits has been the one thing stopping them from succeeding.

So let's play with this fan fiction for a moment shall we...

Let's imagine a world were aggie could fund such a High School (they can't), get elite level HS coaches, trainers and staff to move to college station (they won't), and convince parents of highly athletic kids to send their children to BCS for a "discount rate for those willing to "?make aggie their first choice upon graduation" (not happening).

What does make aggie their first choice even mean? A commitment by a parent to contractually obligated their athletic child to playing for aggie? Yeah... that seems super legit, legally possible and not in any way um... yeah.. ill go creepy.

But lets just say that happenes. How many kids graduate from a "military academy" in podunk nowhere and think, I want to stick around here!!!!

Sounds a lot like chattel slavery. Something Sully fought and bled for.

He's very close to unlocking the whole thing. They need to quit comparing themselves to us and be content with who they are.

Which is NOT us.

But, that's where they get caught up. They can't stand that.
