But Mickey Mouse tank top with acid washed jorts and straw cowboy hat RC is what they deserve.

Please, please let the statute be based on this.

Surly needs to create a maroon bubble solution so that they can blow maroon bubbles.  Sell to all of the aggy and then use the profits for the Texas One Fund.

Put rah-rah aggy-looking imagery on the packaging along with the GUARANTEE that 100% of all proceeds go to NIL funding for students being recruited to A&M. Earmark the NIL for athletes choosing between UT and A&M.

a statue of RC Slocum. Now, to be fair, he coached a team that went 49-6-2, from late ‘90 through early ‘95 season.  That’s over an 88% clip. That stretch formed a generation of Ags’ perceptions of what their program was, and could be again.

Trouble is- they really didn’t play anyone good. I think they only beat five teams in that 56 game stretch that finished ranked in the top 25. They beat #22 BYU in ‘90, #9 Stanford in ‘92, #24 Louisville in ‘93, #23 Texas in ‘94, and # 25 LSU in early ‘95 (all final rankings). That is how the legend was made.

Maybe the Ags calling for a move to the Southland Conference are on to something.

That and FedEx envelopes.

Big time, blue blood programs have statues of the men who got them there. So aggy says, "well, shit, we should have some, too. That way we can be a blue blood as evidenced by our statue!"

They have one.

One might be tempted to have some sympathy for aggy fans after the disappointing end to their basketball season and the implosion of a once promising championship contending baseball season. The counter point would be fuck ‘em. If you’ve bled maroon and lived through a lifetime of athletic disappointment, why would you ever get your hopes up?  If you allowed yourself to believe this season might be different, that’s on you.

They’re such nerds at the baseball games with the bubbles and counting balls and everything. Be normal human beings my God.

Come on now...when has an aggy ever been a normal human being? They're barely human.

My parents could only afford one pair of name-brand Jams.  The rest were bo-bo's.*

*Bo-bo's is the 1980s term for generic or knockoff-brand products like clothing or shoes, at least on the east coast where I grew up.  Some of you will never know the humiliation of boarding the school bus and hearing others derisively shouting, "Hey, look at the bo-bo's South Austin is wearing!"

So, what you're saying is being ridiculed for your bo-bo's is worse than having a mom who is a ho-ho.

I feel like it's a gift. They're in their comfort zone. UT is showing dominance on every level. They get to commiserate together about the hated arrogant t-sips and how their own athletic programs are underperforming compared to the Longhorns, who just stole the most successful head coach on their campus. They don't have bonfire any more. This is a great bonding mechanism for them, and a fantastic link to former Aggies of all ages.
