Gundy is usually pretty good in meaningless bowl games. With aggy in chaos and us having lost little to the portal this far as opposed to last year I think we’ll handle them pretty easy.

I expect OSU to win, just because A&M doesn't seem to care that much about this game at all. A normal victory wouldn't move the needle much.

But if OSU humiliates A&M, like 50-3 or something, well...that might be interesting.

NSIAP, from the chronicle article on the corps hazing...

I don't see what the big deal is. Re-enacting the rape scene from Pulp Fiction is just good bull. Bring out the gimp!

Quote

According to the suit, the hazing began when one of the defendants asked to meet in a particular dorm room to discuss training of freshmen Corps members, the plaintiff alleged. The student sensed something was wrong before he entered and tried to leave, he said, but some of the defendants grabbed him and made sure he went into the room, which was only lit by a single red LED light strip.

One of the students crawled out from under a bed and began giving orders, saying if the plaintiff swept the floor he would be allowed to exit, the student alleged. Once he complied, the other Corps members still prevented him from leaving, he said.

One of the defendants then was ordered to strip naked and “crucify” himself, according to the lawsuit. The student placed a condom on his penis, danced around the room, and began rubbing his body against the trapped cadet, he said.

The cadet again tried to leave, but the naked student bearhugged him, according to the suit. He yelled and threatened to respond violently, but the defendants only laughed, he said. They then bound his hands and feet with duct tape and placed an apple in his mouth, the cadet alleged. They threaded a closet rod between his hands and feet and hoisted him like a roast pig between two beds, his lawyers said in the lawsuit.
Some of the cadets took a photo smiling next to him and shared the picture with every sophomore cadet, the plaintiff alleged.

The anguish didn't stop in the following months, he said.
He “had to live and interact with his tormentors daily," his attorneys wrote. "Unable to ignore the anguish and pain they caused (him), Defendants tried to gaslight him by telling him it was just ‘good bull’ that ‘got out of hand.’" He missed several classes afterward and now suffers from depression and anxiety, according to the lawsuit.

They were giving this guy a standing ovation a week ago. They really thought it made sense to pass him over for Elko and then offer being the highest-paid non-coordinator assistant and extend his already outsized influence on the program by making him interim HC.

It's not just a fox in the henhouse, it's a fox you purposefully made hungry before putting him in the henhouse.

see this is how you know Elko isn't playing chess - he may not even be playing checkers. this seems like he is playing tic-tac-toe

the smart move would have been to keep Robinson, who is already on the books anyway, make him the DC, and if he sucks you go to admin and say "you made me keep this guy, i'm going to eject him into the sun" - if he's good then he is eventually going to go elsewhere for full reign as the coordinator or take a job somewhere as a HC sooner than later. in the mean time you can use him as the recruiter he clearly is, help keep your existing class together until they sign and you can introduce your guy (Spencer) to the room slowly.

instead, they fucked around and quite literally found out. their interim coach has taken another job at Syracuse of all places and is actively recruiting for that other job. yeah, he's preparing the team for their bowl game but if a recruit happens to call him on his orange phone he's going to take it.

And you know those other aggy cadets looked like Maynard watching from the corner with beads of sweat on their forehead.

Why is it hypocritical of us to use NIL?

Again, they think NIL is bags.

Damn, ERob is doing the Mr. T "Hey Woman" to all of the aggy recruits on behalf of Syracuse while getting paid by aggy.

And the aggy response is just to watch it happen and absorb the humiliation.

ERob knows how much they enjoyed a cuck for the last 6 years.

... because leaking info has worked so well for them in recent years 😆

Oh, you’re talking about how they leaked the UT SEC info, to squash our joining!

At first, I thought you were talking about how, when they wanted to fire Fran without paying what they owed, they leaked the info about his secret insider pay newsletter, that all the BMDs were subscribed to.

Really, you can’t make this up.

maybe they'll forfeit again, that would be both historical and hysterical

That would be hilarious.  Can you imagine the backlash when future bowl seasons roll around?

"Don't mess with those rubes, they don't want or deserve to play anyway". Selection committees aren't TOTALLY stupid.

We laugh about how aggy says we are afraid of their impending dominance, but I must say -

I'm very scared, I'm shaking, and I'm very nervous (King Floyd) about the hell, the dominance, the fury, and the overall superiority they are about to lay upon, not just the SEC and the state of Texas, but upon the ENTIRE Western Hemisphere.

Those blurry spots on your screen are my tears - my tears for fear!
