I wonder if the $ is all his? As the contract vesting him with the right to $ was signed when he was married, is the payoff partly hers - or does the fact it represents future earnings make it all his post divorce filing income?

In Texas it would be all his.

Doubt Louisiana is different but they are the only state in the union that bases it’s legal system on French law, so who knows.

She gets the money and he gets any communal wine, cheese, and croissants.

Napoleonic Code.

Still remember having to learn about "Usufruct" and "Naked Owner(s)" peddling mutual funds around that state back in the day.

Some crazy shit.

Meh.  Mond’s knee was down on the 328th overtime in 2018.  So, karma aggy.

or the clear and obvious 3 steps after catch fumble in the very first fucking OT which was somehow not even reviewed because it was ruled incomplete and no clear recovery available ( HUH???)

and god dammit... auburn fucking ruined what would have been an almost perfect day.  osu, ou, bama, aggy, pedo state, all fucking losing.

This is worth repeating. LSU just fired their corch who has a better record than aggy corch

They didn't fire him just for this bad season. They fired him because they had violations under his watch and he's a liability from a PR standpoint who publicly sleeps with students. I doubt he gets another head coaching job.

By tomorrow morning aggy:

Stupid sip Jumbo is playing 3D chess by losing to LSU. He will now be able to focus on telling his recruits that he lost to minimize distractions with rumors about him going to LSU. No way he is leaving if he lost to the guy they just fired.

LSU should probably keep Daronte Jones as the DC and I thought he was a very meh hire.

LSU's defense was complete garbage at the beginning of the year but he turned that group into a salty defense by the end of the year. That was with a billion injuries and transfers.

Damone is a bad dude.

I think he's a top 5 player in college football. It's unfortunate he played for a bad LSU team this year as he didn't really get the recognition he deserves.

That dude is a monster. If Damone doesn't win the Butkus award the voters are dumb.

My favorite call of the year is the sprint out on 3 and 2 to Calzada’s left.

That call made no sense. What is this design to begin with? Who is running this slow of a developing play to a TE in the flat?

Best part is the WR in the slot on the right running wide open across the middle.
