They really are somewhat closer to aggies, as a group, behavior-wise, than we think. They currently blame everything on "The Snubbing" and believe that the universe has secretly aligned against them since that specific moment in time. It's fun to witness.

Interesting how the money is flying around right now. Gerry mentioned because profit sharing will change so much next year that teams are emptying both barrels right now. I am still unclear how profit share will impact NIL. Are there going to be new rules around what guys can do on the NIL side?

I’d take that statement with a grain of salt. He may not be outright firing guys, but I expect some soft firings of Finley, and Murray.

Florida State going 2-11 after "The Snubbing" is very satisfying, and is a great teaching tool for anyone willing to use it.

Vegetables never said the staff couldn't "choose" to leave on their own. Who knew Bedenbaugh wouldn't want to be co-OL coach with the new OC's chosen OL coach and take a 75% pay cut?

True I think Texas nationally leads corporate NIL by a mile, Fansville, NCAA 2025 (Both Ewers and Arch), Lambo dealer, Fortnite off the top of my head.

Only Southern Cal can compete in theory and they are a disaster.

There's a Dabo/Clemson thread on the football board and I posted about this yesterday on that thread, but yeah, Swinney is firmly entrenched in his approach. He says they're retaining basically the entire roster and won't lose hardly anyone to the portal. Maybe a few to the pros. He spent the rest of his recent PC talking about how they were going to become the first 3 loss national title winner this year, after apparently just rolling through SMU this weekend.

That dude is cushioned with his fantasies by the ineptitude of the ACC. The two times they went up against SEC teams this year, they were smaller, slower, and crushed at the point of attack. I'm sure they'll do awesome in the playoffs, should they somehow actually beat SMU. I'd love to see Texas face them.

This staff's ability to put out fires (with the aid of a few donors, I'm sure) is as solid as I can remember in my time following recruiting.
