Fuuuuck! Lando's visor cam was wild. Between the porpoising and the lighting glare/reflections I don't know how they could run a race looking at that.

I'm guessing a lot of the lighting glare is on the camera lense itself and isn't seen by the drivers.

Could be on the lens, could be on the visor. Still distracting as hell moving at that speed even if it's 1/10 of what I saw on TV.

Lol at the announcers, ~”take a look at the look of Lewis Hamilton, very focused”.

Well, it’s a little hard to see with the visor…

How does it work if he isn't able to run tomorrow? Does Fittipaldi get to jump in and start where Mick qualifies? Start from the back? Or does Haas have to run just the one car?

The car is what qualifies, so he’d start where Mick’s last time lands. I suspect the car will be repaired such that it’s pit start anyway.

Of course looking at that damage, it might not get repaired at all.

The driver has to participate in Q though, so nobody could replace him.

Would there not be special consideration similar to the 107% rule where they can ask the stewards for permission to race?

Could they have Fittipaldi jump into K-Mag’s car or is that a closed loop?

I don’t think so, but I do not know for sure.

Saw a replay posted reddit that's since been removed. MSC hit insanely hard.

This track is so exciting because it's so fast, so twisty, and so narrow. But it's dangerous. And it's not good for racing.
