Yet, somehow the IQ of the oval office doubled when Biden took over.

Trying to dog Biden's mental capacity after 4 years of Trump is some kind of hilarious, or sad.

Guess I lean sad given the Republicans do not seem intent to break this cycle of lowest common denominator Presidential candidates. If anything, the Republican actions wipl lead us further down this hole, as evidenced by local and Congress elections.

Biden isn't bragging about low deficits. He's bragging about LOWERING the deficit for the first time since 2015. If you need help reading, I can provide some links to courses.

Also, the big victory is not 2021 but 2022, his first fiscal year.

Got it.  So he's (well actually, the people that run his Twitter account) taking credit for the expiration of the pandemic emergency expenditures.  Plus he's bragging about a 2022 projected deficit that is higher than the 2019 deficit as if it is a big victory for his administration.  I'm no fan of R or D deficits, but this statement about the "largest ever decline" is a bit misleading (or "lacks context" as the fact checkers are wont to say.)

Maybe a little off topic, but I don't think that exists. There is a huge gap between very progressive voters and the more centrist mainstream democrats. There isn't really a candidate that unifies them on any level. The only true unity on the left in 2020 was that dotard was a corrupt, immoral, incompetent, pathetic shitstain excuse for a human being and needed to be shitcanned. Beyond that, the right has the advantage in coalescing unity among voters by hateful sound bites and false narratives.

Oh, bullshit, you're a huge fan of R deficits.  You know how I know?  You were never here criticizing them.

Is that your rule? If you don’t criticize something that must mean you love it?

“People familiar with the investigation said prosecutors had examined emails between Mr. Biden, Mr. Archer and others about Burisma and other foreign business activity,” the Times writes. “Those emails were obtained by The New York Times from a cache of files that appears to have come from a laptop abandoned by Mr. Biden in a Delaware repair shop. The email and others in the cache were authenticated by people familiar with them and with the investigation.”

I'm not sure what you think is the big gotcha here.  There are emails . . . about business . . . including Burisma.  Shocking news.  Can we talk about Benghazi again?

If Hunter Biden gets taken down for tax fraud, so be it.  If he gets taken down for other shit, so be it.  That's the way it's supposed to work.

Did you bother reading the Times article that goes into the content of these emails? Or, did you just see emails as a gotcha? He explicitly states that his involvement cannot be seen as possibly triggering FARA and anything VP Biden says or does is not in his control in any way.

Your comment is now shifting the goalposts.  I was just pointing out that the NY Times no longer disputes that Hunter's laptop and its contents are legit.  Which is unlike what they and the rest of the media said about the laptop back in October 2020.

I said nothing about FARA or anything else. The legal process will do what it will do.

No, you were insinuating something nefarious was found. It wasn’t. That is the point.

Just another DT pussy who comes to CR, tries to start shit, fails, and then runs back to DT claiming "victory".

Once again, I remain chagrined that dipshits like this (apparently) graduated from UT.

To answer your question, no, it is not a big deal. Hunter Biden had a laptop. On said laptop, there are business emails. None of that is a crime. Going one step further. If he did commit a crime, such as tax fraud, then I hope he gets prosecuted. People in this forum like people to be held accountable for their crimes.

They're so ingrained with sides that the idea of a lefty saying "if he committed a crime he should be punished" is a completely foreign concept. We're supposed to do what they do and just say "witch hunt" a lot and lie. Truly deplorable people.

Lol, after reading the New York Times article, it doesn't even verify the laptop was legit. It verifies the authenticity of emails obtained by NYT from a cache of files "that appears to have come from a laptop abandoned by Mr. Biden in a Delaware repair shop." Meaning they still haven't confirmed that Hunter ever left his own laptop in that shop. So it's still entirely possible that a common theory at the time, that Russia had hacked his shit and loaded some legitimate emails along with some fake emails and some child porn onto a laptop that wasn't his, was indeed what happened.

@DalTxHornFan, what do you think is more likely? The theory I outlined above, or that Hunter Biden left a laptop with incriminating emails and child porn with a repair shop in Delaware, that repair guy went snooping through Hunter's laptop and found dirt, and knew Rudy Giuliani's fucking phone number to call him up and arrange to give it to him?
