Interesting…they are actually more palatable calling the NFL.

Is the Chargers v Raiders game tomorrow night pretty much the only one with high stakes this weekend?

ABC also, just like this one.

Great... article I read just listed ESPN.

Gonna be interesting to see what players end up playing since both teams (Dal/Phi) already in the playoffs...

The NFL really didn't need an extra game. Chiefs are probably going to pull Mahomes in the 2nd half.

This should be wild card weekend.

I agree. You can tell the players want no business playing. Just not great football.

That's too bad, because the NFL is absolutely eventually giving us 18 games.

Yup. Greedy fucks will sell it as more money for everyone, but its really just more for the owners.

Scoop and score by the Chefs.

Wow.

Terribad mistake by RB Gordon.  Edit:  More on the OL.  Not much Gordon could do.

They don't have to do 18 games.

Doing it with multiple bye weeks is far more effective for the TV networks.

I don't think there was much he could do.  KC met him at the handoff.

That's fair.  Dude was right there.  Critical mistake, probably way more on the OL, not Gordon.

I stand corrected.

Lock just did the "secure the bag" routine (in slow mo, probably recorded before the game).

I've seen him do that twice, ever.  He's 0-2 while securing the bag.

The Chiefs just don’t seem as inevitable, or imposing, as they were the Super Bowl season

They are improved on defense.  Offense hasn’t really hit its stride all season.  Yeah, there have been a couple of blowout wins, but against the tough teams, they don’t seem like they’ve moved the ball at will.  I still thinkthey’re learning how to better utilize the run game with their revamped OL, a process which has been complicated by the health/ availability of CEH.

Huh?

it’s a salary cap league where the players get X percentage of revenue made. They will get what 52 cents out of every dollar generated. How is this more “just for the owners?”
