Just imagine that obituary: "Immediately after surviving the crash of his beloved Cessna, Joe was immediately struck and killed by a Metrolink Commuter Train."

Dude must be living right.

For sure. The way they drug him out would have killed him or rendered him paralyzed if he had any sort of spinal cord injury.

I'm about as far from a cop apologist as there is but, it's not like they had any time to assess his injuries.

I apparently missed that the train hit the plane right after they pulled him out the first time I watched it because I was focused on how rough they were pulling him out. Carry on.

How does one miss the fucking train running into the plane?

What about the dude in the second video, imagine going to the ER and saying ‘I was hit a piece of an airplane after a train crashed into it’

The guy filming the collision was in a precarious, down range spot.  Sure it’s a great vantage point but you have to know that debris will be knocked forward and toward you if you’re in that spot.

the title of the fucking video literally says he's pulled out seconds before the train hit.     you were really concentrating hard on their treatment of him

In all fairness, most videos with cops posted these days end up with a cop shooting somebody dead, so he might have instantly focused on that.

The most amazing thing about that video is that the cop's body camera was actually working.

they seem to be much more reliable when they are in "hero mode".

Escaped death 3 times if you count the cops

I actually saw the first comment just as the video started playing so I thought it was a cop joke at first (until I heard the train horn).

edit: will add the vid title on phone only says, “Pilot pulled out of crashed plane…”

Should be retitled "Luckiest Unlucky Man in LA".  I mean you gotta be pretty unlucky to crash a plane in the first place, let alone on the train tracks.  Wait until we find out the reason for the crash was that the plane was struck by lightning.

I mean, he’s pretty lucky and all, but the porn industry is right there so…. “luckiest guy ever”? I’m not sure. I’m going to have to go do some research

I didn't realize the plane-crash-porn genre had taken off.*

In fairness, it's hard to become experienced in train-on-plane collision photography. But now he is indeed experienced at train-on-plane collision photography.

Time to update those LinkedIn skills.
