slowing it down so much makes it look longer on the ground than it actually is.  iirc replay for officials is always done at real speed.

True. There have been a few drops, and with poor OL play, Burrows doesn't have much to go with.

It is amazing the throws a QB will put out there nowadays that would get them put on the waiver wire 20 years ago.  
 

Vince Lombardi, DKR and a host of other HCs would have aneurysms over a throw like that. 
 

Better athletes, more skilled and evolution of the game.
