Things not going well for BLM

Qanoners and you share beliefs.

Neither election was stolen or rigged.

Still trying to conflate the two different situations and pivoting to a new discussion topic because you were and are, simply wrong.

Are you seriously losing again?  This isn't even sporting anymore.  I figured eventually you might land one or two points, but this is pathetic.   You have not raised a single cogent argument.   After 3 months you managed to deflect and pivot as the sum of your skillset.

Really?  That would seem to invite chaos.  I've heard that people sometimes move to other precincts, districts, states, or even other countries.

Please describe the ruckus, I mean chaos. We're living in 2022, not 1822. We have computer databases and the internet. If someone moves, that information moves with this. It really isn't that hard.

On the contrary, the system we have is completely chaotic, subject to nefarious actors, and applied unevenly across the electorate. I challenge you to explain to me why my idea doesn't work. If you need some help, maybe look into a few countries on this list:

Oh, yeah.  The gubmint is so good at that stuff:

Treasury sent more than 1 million coronavirus stimulus payments to dead people, congressional watchdog finds

The checks sent to dead people as of April 30 totaled nearly $1.4 billion, according to the Government Accountability Office

And I hold three voter registration cards recently sent to me for three family members that used to live at my address.  Now two are in two different states other than Texas, and another lives in a different county in Texas.  Why shouldn't the voter registration rolls get cleaned up from time to time?

Abrams lost by 54,000 votes.  That is a fact.  Nothing Kemp did by following Georgia law changes that fact.

She advocates the big lie despite that vote.  Since she is on your team, you don't care.

You do understand the reason the current system is a mess is because it was designed that way, right? The reason shit like that happens is because it's intentional - some in power want to make it as hard as possible to vote. They want to control which citizens can and can't vote and if they can't do that, they want to make it extremely hard for certain people to register.

I never said the rolls shouldn't get cleaned up from time to time.  I said no one should ever be removed. If I move to Colorado then that simply gets updated when I update my address and drivers license, etc. Again, this really isn't hard. If we wanted voting to work this way it would be quite easy to make it happen. The problem is those in charge don't want it to work well. They want it broken. And right now, they're getting what they want.

I'll ask again in a slightly different way and perhaps I'll get an answer this time - assuming all the administration issues can be resolved, what other reason would you have that this system would not work? I genuinely would like a valid retort. So far I have not gotten one.

Well, reality is the big reason.  The assumption that administration issues can be resolved is a big one.

I have been in charge of administrating many large national class action settlements.  You can get data from the stock registration companies, then run that against the National Change of Address Database, and then run it against the credit reporting agencies.  There are still a shit-ton of exceptions -- many undeliverable checks and likely many wrongfully delivered checks.  You do what you can.

Active updating of the rolls of active voters seems to make sense and does not seem like an onerous burden for an American citizen to participate in, nor in any way hinder their voting rights.

So, private entities are not much better than the government at sending checks to large groups of people. I’m not surprised.

Repeating the pivot hasn’t worked yet. Try harder. Try again.

once-in-a-century pandemic, requiring first ever assistance of this type vs voting, which happens multiple times a year, pretty much every year.

this is a sound argument indeed.

Thread title is misleading.

Actually, things are going great for these grifters and their political masters.

They grifted millions of dollars, political impact and social influence from soft serves and simps. They will never be held accountable for the thievery. So things are great for Patrice and Hugo.

Both of those bitches will be back in 2022/2024 to make more money and scare more simps/soft serves.

Now, before the soft serves/simps start crying about that one person/organization they supposedly know..as I specifically said in the original bloodsucker thread(@hugostiglitz.), BLM(Patrice and Hugo) don’t give a damn about black lives. Unless there is money involved. #politics #politics #followthemoney

Yeah, yeah, we all know someone who has been working their ass off to solve the problem. But those folks/organizations never get the money/attention that the thieves do. And that is the problem. The organization that got all the money, attention and political influence never gave two fucks about black lives. It was all about politics and money. But that's what the people wanted. Easy, soft serve ice cream shit. Not actual problem solving.

Meanwhile 3 young men are dead this year that I mentored or knew. None of you front-running political chickenshits will say their names, march for justice or give a fuck. Because their deaths don’t fit your bullshit politics.

I’m sure you’d still feel this way if any felons actually voted R, right?

No, they shouldn't.

Is the stipulation here that "felons" shouldn't ever be allowed to vote again?  My cousin is a very smart guy and did something stupid when he was young.  18 years old, drug related.  His life has been forever ruined.  He turned 40 today.  He is probably among the top quarter or 10% of the population in terms of intelligence.  He basically has no say in the world in which he lives now.  Is that fair?

when you purge the rolls in only ‘certain’ districts, you’re on a mission (and it’s not trying to uphold democracy)

All residents of the US have certain unalienable rights that are protected by the Constitution regardless of citizenship. If you currently have no voice and have no future hope of ever participating again in the most sacred act of participatory self-governance, are you really still a citizen?

well the majority of americans have voted democratic in every presidential election except one in the last 33 years, so…

True but, also, convicted felons would be a super majority of democratic voters and I don't think that is even debatable by any serious person. The debate is not political with an eye to voter outcome though, the debate is ethical and moral obligation to citizens who have done their time and are free again.

We have porn websites that can deepfake your favorite actress' face onto the body of a porn star for your amusement. Yet you think that there is no way we can employ an electronic voting system that works? Its just more voter suppression.

I want the current system gone, not because it doesn't favor my political party, but because it doesn't represent the will of the people. I understand that personal beliefs change based on personal experiences. How we feel about the medical system in our 20's is not how we feel about it in our 60's. At any time we could end up on the other side of the fence. Johnny Sack could lose all his money. You could have a string of medical issues that prevent you from working, lose your insurance, and find yourself getting medical treatment alongside the undesirables. Hell, the political party could even change agendas. Anything can happen to make you want to vote the opposite, and when that happens you want your vote to count just as much then as it does now. Everyone should want a fair voting process. Otherwise whatever political party currently representing the elite will always use voter suppression in an attempt to swing the pendulum in their favor.
