We have had ozarka delivery at the house for years.  We've been through 2 or 3 coolers during that period.  Usually, they spring a leak after a couple of years, we call, Ozarka delivers a new one.

Last night we came home from a late dinner and the house had a strong burning chemical odor.  Walk in the kitchen, and the damn cooler has lost its mind.  It is on the verge of boiling, has cooked off most of the water left in the bottle, and melted the bottle and part of the top of the unit.

Have subsequently come to discover that the water cooler's steady plot to destroy the American landscape is known

Still not sure how long we had left before the house burned down.  Glad it didn't.

had the same thing happen at work about a year ago on a brand new cooler. ozarka said it happens fairly frequently, came out and replaced it like it was no big deal.

Culligan?  Everyone knows that the youth of America know the importance of proper hydration.
