Statement 3 requires the answer to include 2 out of 3 of 206 but not in those spots.

Statement 4 removes 738. Combine #1 and #2 knowing 738 are out, means both statements can't be true if the first digit is 6. So now we know that the last digit is 2 and 6 is not an option as well.  When you combine Statement 3 and 4 this also means that it has 0 and 2. 0 has to be the first digit and 2 is the last.

So we are 0-2 and have used up 8,7,6,3,2,&0. So the only leftover values are 9, 5, 4, & 1

Now looking at Statement 2, knowing that you get 1 & 4 are possible solutions but only 4 then could be in the middle.

I get 042
