That next match could go so many ways after what happened today

Yep. Spurs have confidence but City have revenge. Both have to be motivated.

Yeah, does this pump Spurs up and depress City? Do Spurs rest players? Does City get fired up for the final push?

Spurs still have to fight to stay top 4 with three teams that don't play extra matches. No rest for them.

When's the next UCL match and who gets home first?

Why would Spurs rest players? They need top 4 in the league.

💯 disagree. City have an £800mn bench. 2 extra games in the next month don’t mean shit to them. This was a demoralizing loss for them.

That's my thinking. They slumped a little after we knocked them out last year. Hoping that happens here.

He was really damn good in 13-14 and 14-15 playing this same role.

Yep. He looks exactly like the player in the 13-14 season when he was one of our best

Already seeing 5/7 on my Liverpool calendar for the home leg. They'll have to move the Newcastle match to 5/4. Hell, move it to 5/3.

Camp Nou is May 1. Newcastle moved to Saturday. Anfield leg May 7.

New home kit. I guess. I don't understand not having the stripes go all the way up. The collar has a nod to Bob Paisley.

I think it looks pretty sharp too. Someone said they don't like how the crest and new balance logo don't match the color of the main sponsor, and I tend to agree they should match. Just a minor gripe.

I like what New Balance has done over the years. Will be interesting to see the direction the new manufacturer will take.

ETA: The keeper kit looks really great.

ONe of the reasons I'd like to stay with NB, but it's a money game.  Hope they win out but pretty minor aspect all in all.

Not a lot of rest for City either these next 11 days.

4/17 - Spurs (today, obviously)

4/20 - Spurs

4/24 - ManUre

4/28 - Burnley

If the slip is going to happen, it's gotta be in this stretch.

Yep.
