We went out there to shoot just a few days after the fire - big burn scar, and the owners were PISSED.  As I understand it, the little shit used some sort of incendiary rounds (which are not allowed at the range -- for understandable reasons).  Fire came real close to taking out homes.

I'm surprised they don't already know who it was through the sign-in process. Seems like knowing who is on the range is an insurance liability issue.  The range I go to uses membership cards and all they record is your member number but I would assume they have a master list.

Lone Star is a bit more casual.  You sign in -- signature and printed name -- but that's it.  Last time I went, they'd have record of my name (because I gave my real one), and they could look back through CC records because I paid with a card.  But I could have given a fake name and paid cash, and they wouldn't know who I was.

No waiver? They must not have insurance then.

They do have a waiver, but if you're over 18, it's literally one big page with the waiver at the top, and then people sign it below on a list.  And yeah, I heard it was a dragon's breath round too.  Didn't know that he didn't sign in.  That's sloppy as hell.
