Dusty just tossed this dude straight into the inferno lol

Did the same thing for Meyers’ debut.

on the road in San Fran in the 9th with 2 outs.

then threw him back out there the next game against Jansen in the same situation, IIRC.

He really is a dumb shit when it comes to strategy.
I mean, fans seriously overstate that shit

bc it’s baseball and the difference between good and bad is a 1/20 event, but he’s still bad at all this stuff.

Yeah well him and TonyTexas are looking at this year with a 25 batter sample size or some shit where lefties are doing better than righties

My small sample size (of today) says Maldonado is our most effective hitter. Fight me!

I tend to ignore a lot of your ridiculous bullshit on this thread but that might change moving forward.

It's the same with playing Goodrum against RHP and Diaz against LHP. Both have the much better splits the other way around.

Don’t even get me started last year about Castro seemingly getting the start against only LHP.

There are probably several things Dusty does well as a manager. Lineup construction is not one of them.

That said, it’s not his fault that nobody is hitting and the rotation behind JV appears to be the average bunch of back-of-the-rotation starters we all once thought they were.

Tucker is just so damn unlucky.

He is, and the exact same thing happened to him last year - was hitting the shit out of the ball for the first 30 games or whatever and had nothing to show for it. Obviously, it corrected for him over time, as I’m sure it will this year. But it would be nice if this improbable stretch of bad luck didn’t stricken him to begin every single season.
