I hope he tears it up !

#Astros have called up prospect David Hensley. The utility player, who has played all over the infield, is slashing .298/.420/.478 with 30 2B, 10 HR, 20 SB this season in Triple-A. #LevelUp

To be honest, I’ve never heard of this guy but he seems to fit the needs. Haven’t seen the corresponding active and 40 man roster moves. I guess they’ll wait until he gets to Atlanta and is actually activated.

Dubon to IL?

I assume so, it's the only move that makes sense.

ETA: Curious to see what they will do with the 40-man roster move because I don't see any current Astros being candidates for the 60-day IL who aren't already on it. Could be the end of the road for Goodrum I think but his positional versatility might keep him around.

I have a feeling we won’t see Diaz until a date that starts with a 2 in September.

hope I’m wrong, but like a hammy or quad, they aren’t going to rush him back for a groin and going to take it very slow

This is probably best case scenario. Worst is amputation of leg or dead. Thoughts and prayers.

Please be Goodrum. I’d rather a pitcher play 2B and bat 2nd than see him in a lineup again.

I agree, he seems like the likeliest candidate outside of someone like Ronel Blanco or Jonathan Bermudez.

I thought you loved you some Goodrum (mostly teasing) last year.

With the big lead in AL west and #1 record, I’d risk it with a young guy over niko. Maybe catch lightening in a bottle. Hopefully he’s very fast and SMART, for postseason considerations

He has 20 SB so he's not slow

That’s positive news for Dubon. I’m sure some of y’all are just thrilled.
