History.
Jose Altuve's 175th home run passes George Springer for 5th all time in franchise history.

Without looking it up...Bagwell, Biggio, Berkman, Cruz?

Not even close, Jimmy Wynn in 4th.  I knew that, I just didn't think long enough back.

Tucker and Bregman should switch spots. Tucker getting the pitches Bregman gets with Yordan behind him would hit .300 and he deserves that sure first inning AB. Bregman has no business at the top of the order in 2022.

At this point in the season, bregman needs as many bats as possible to snap out of his slump

I don’t think Bregs has been quite as bad as it seems.

He hasn’t. He has a 116 wRC+ with a .225 BABIP (career BABIP is .287). His expected stats indicate he’s had some bad luck too, and are in line with his career figures. I’d expect his results to start improving soon.

This team needs Trey Mancini.

Yeah, I like him. Not the defender that Yuli is, and maybe there are days when you play an OF of Alvarez, Tucker, and Brantley with Mancini at DH. That would be a backdoor way to improve CF.

Not with his launch angle. His swing is fucked up, and he is unable at this point to fix it and is likely getting no help from either hitting coach.

LD% and Hard% are at career lows in healthy seasons.

Do Mariners scouts see something in Uncle Mike that we don't?

Multiple nights now, with his being checked at 1st base.

1 SB on the season ( yeah Slorch, because they keep holding him at 1st...)

Jose Vizcaino had a higher career contact percentage (87%) than damn near anyone not named Brantley, Gwynn, or Ichiro….which was also 10% better than Alvarez’s career rate (according to my FanGraphs search)

In other words, who gives a shit about batted balls without regard for barrel rate, hard hit %, etc
