There are waaaaaaaay too many guys making the ASG already without adding a 29-yo spare who has finally strung together 3 good months to start a season.

Meant to ask yesterday, who all are we adding to the Bryan LaHair All-Stars this year? Trevino is the easy first nominee.

Brandon Drury is having a hell of a year so far.

Someone pointed out that the DBacks infield could be Goldschmidt, Jazz Chisholm, Dansby Swanson, and Drury.

Eh that’s what they get for beating the Yankees like right after 9/11. That should’ve been the MLB equivalent of the bonfire game

Yankees blow a 3-0 lead in the 9th and lose. To the Reds.

But I was told Holmes was the greatest pitcher in the history of pitchers?  And that the Yankees could never lose 3 in a row?

Wow, pretty solid cult KC's got going in the clubhouse.

I wonder what the Royals' copper bracelet budget is like?

i'd love to hear the KC training staff tell these guys, "hey, we've done our own research, and we don't think you guys need to run, lift weights, take BP, do fielding drills, or take care of your bodies anymore. yes, "science" shows that doing these things will make you better at baseball, but y'all have to respect that we have the right to do our own research and come to our own conclusions. no more training of any kind, for any of you."

Any team with playoff aspirations are going to be hesitant to trade for Benintendi or any  unvaccinated players because of a potential matchup with Toronto in the playoffs. Royals management has to be pissed.

if the playoffs started today they'd be in.

Well they don’t start today, and when they do the jays will long be buried. They’re in utter collapse.

At least they’re not currently  on a 3 game losing streak

A 4-game series against the Omaha Storm Chasers should stop that utter collapse.

Holmes or Gonsolin? Because I think we have been told both are the best ever!

"It's an individual choice," manager Mike Matheny said. "The organization's done a real good job bringing in professionals and experts to talk guys through tough conversations and then put it in their hands to make the decisions they believe is best for them and their families."

The only vaccinated outfielder on the Royals' active roster is Edward Olivares.

These guys are dropping about 2.5% of their annual paycheck on this, so  I'm sure they know what they're doing!
