Brett Phillips pitched in a no-hitter game!

And gave up two bombs that blew my decided first place advantage in a thirteen run league pool

The rules are: the thread is allowed to be bumped during a no-hit bid…by a fan of a team not involved in said no-hit bid.

that's fine and all, but for at least two years now i've bumped this thread every single time my fantasy opponent has a no-no through even 3 IP, and it's a practice that i fully intend to keep employing.

Reliever came in and allowed a walk and then a run scored on a fielder's choice.  Pittsburgh up 1-0 in the bottom of the 8th.  You have to root for the losing no-hitter now.

And Bednar closes it out:

Cincy 0 4 0

Pitt     1 0 0

Hunter Greene with the tough luck loss.

That just says it all about how things are going for the Reds this season.

Perfect through 7 and past Ohtani and Trout.  83 pitches.  There's also the matter that the Yankees haven't scored either.

Garica and Maton each has an immaculate inning against the Rangers today.  It was the first time 2 pitchers have had one in the same game.  To make it even more rare, both happened to the same 3 hitters.
